How do you use a paddle boat with alligators in the water? What if you fall off?

We try to be very careful not to fall off when paddling and be on the lookout. But typically alligators are more afraid of you and would swim away if they were approached. That is why it is so important that people don't feed them or cause them to be curious towards humans.

The assessments at nexton and carnes how long does the homeowner need to pay it and can it be paid for in advance

Thanks for your message! The assessments are part of the property taxes and are paid in arrears. So they would be a part of the tax bill that would come out in October and due by January for the previous year. Hope this answers your question! Let me know if I can help further :)

Hi there! Thank you and thanks for watching:) We do have alligators in our ponds - if there is water, just assume there might be alligators! We do have snakes as well. While I don't see them super often, we have had one on our porch before and you will hear talk or see on the neighborhood Facebook pages about snakes in the area from time to time. @@homes_by_courtneykretly thank you for your reply. What is the best community that has a pool, walking paths, fitness center, biking to coffee shops, restaurants etc.? Many communities seem to be more rural like the Nashville area. Your videos seem to tell me it's Nexton? I'm from a small town south of Chicago so I'd like to keep that type feel community with the amenities. Price points 400 up to 550ish. Move not imminent, researching now.

@@scottbertrand5544 Based on what you are describing, Nexton would definitely be the best choice. Very walkable, bikeable and golf cart friendly to access shops and restaurants. It is also the only community that offers a gym within the community (with the exception of Active Adult neighborhoods) and a very nice resort style pool. Please let me know if I can help further!
