The last girl with the "Hero" just blew me away. She's got all that intonations and even gesticulating, like Mariah does. Amazing.

@@kyo1223 I listened. She has a nice voice BUT Mariahs is just one of a kind. I literally get chills, hear range and tone are heavenly and soulful, yet poweful but airy and light. These are God given vocal abilities. Hence why her songs are so hard to sing beyond just being high in range.

All beautiful voice, but noone can be comprable to mariah... she invented a way to sing that influenced all the singers of these last 30 years

The emotion girl is really blowing me away

Judges often tell people not to do a Mariah song and people think it's because Mariah can sing high and uses her whistle register...that's only a small part of it. A lot of people can sing very high and can utilize whistles register -- it's about how Mariah's voice moves, the transitions and the complexities of the runs, the tones and textures and the resonance and the breath support that is needed. The agility of her voice and that she can sing and do runs in her upper whistle register. That is what makes Mariah in a class all by herself. These performances were great but you can hear how Christina skipped over some runs and difficult parts, Elah was fading by the middle of the song...had a hard time sustaining. Without you is not a Mariah song so I'll skip that one. Elise was great but she struggled to get up there at some points. Same for the My All. The bottom line is if you do a Mariah song, rearrange it and lower the key to suit you. Don't try to be Mariah because you can't. Nobody can. Some people have come close, but no cigar.

Vision of love wins here. no doubt about it!

all were great performances! Vision of Love is one of the hardest songs to sing bar none...and it's an awesome song to listen to. Partial to that one due to its difficulty level.

With Elha you could just say well she's cute, BUT her talent is undeniable, she did an AWESOME job. Elise has that magic quality about her voice like Mariah without necessarily imitating her, and Christina absolutely KILLED it.
