Thanks Felipe, yes you can even set a variable when creating a folder, just click where it says "map"

hey do we have to click run on make every time or it will automatically trigger and start working whenever we put in the details in the spreadsheet?

You can set it so it runs every x time (eg. mondays at 5, every 15 minutes)
