Just discovered your channel, great to see a U.K. presence on a subject close to my heart! I am living in Norfolk, in my 60’s and am too at least a 4th generation witch. Mum used playing cards for her divination (some Romany connection I believe) and is clairvoyant, great grandma never discussed openly her path, but I know she was by her actions and habits. I have both runes, tarot and pendulum, prefer pendulum and runes equally, tarot takes more work I find, for me, playing card’s are easier as what I was taught.

My wand that I just made I felt it was mine when I saw it. I mentioned it on another video. I didn't even research the wood until after I painted it. Then I read that Birch is excellent for protection and excellent choice for a wand. Female energies. Water sign.

My eldest Grandson found a 7" piece of what looks like driftwood he intended to use as a wand (no beach nearby unfortunately!) and because he already has psychic abilities (only almost 10 but born on the Winter Solstice), I used my pendulum to ask if I should use it as my wand and I got a massive "yes".... Needless to say, said Grandson can't recall choosing it as a wand and so now it's mine but with his energy, or so I like to think!

Omg I love your fireplace. I love the big huge ones . Our family reunion was at this place and they had a fireplace on each end so big you could walk inside it and big huge cauldrons.

I mostly use tea lights xxxx

I would love to see a video on how you use playing cards for divination. I’ve used playing cards since I was a child and have a very strong connection with them but I can’t say i understand how to use them for divination. But I would love to learn

I’m trying to make my crystal wand. I have my wood stick I picked up on the ground during my walk. I have the crystals a clear quarts point & a Chevron amethyst. I’m having trouble putting it together. The modeling cray I got isn’t working. Any tips to share? I do have a second wand for writing only. Writing is one of my stronger magical tools. Again found a stick on the ground & used a pen refill & glued is to the stick & wrapped blue & green ribbon around to hide the glue & pen refill piece. Plus makes for a nice cushion/smooth texture to hold while writing magical things!

I like the idea of a little wand for traveling. I have a 3" piece of selenite, about 3/8" wide but it doesn't have a point on the end. Does it need to have a point?

Wands - how about a keppen pocket wand?
