So mostly US linguistics departments then? I'd like to see some more interesting branches like forensic linguistics, computational linguistics, etc. And a list that shows more insight into linguistics perhaps?
I go to UC berkeley for Linguistics! It's amazing!

I've never seen Americans speaking foreign languages really well, only if they studied abroad. The school of linguistics and foreign languages in the US is very weak. If you want to study linguistics and foreign languages, you should study abroad.

@@alden5931 people who study linguistics earn degrees in foreign languages and linguistics. I have a BA in four foreign languages, linguistics, and cross-cultural communication.

When you make a video on linguistics but butcher the pronunciation of ‘Edinburgh’ 🤨 I live there and I’m applying to do linguistics with Spanish and you pronounce it like: Edd-in-bruh OR the Scottish way is Edd-in-buh-ruh 😂
