Sounds like an old review. I hear the actual Salt S2 that is NOT included in this review crushes any Byrna out there on the market at half the cost.

The problem with the salts is concealing... I'd get it for baby mama cause she has a purse but I wouldn't it's just too big.. and the CO2 knob pokes out your shirt

Why would you highlight the LTL Alfa when Chiappa released the updated and newer version the LTL Bravo which replaced the plastic frame and internals of the Alfa with a metal frame and internals? The Brave is the better of the two in every way. Plus they're releasing the LTL Charlie this Summer which will be an upgraded version of the Bravo and will fire faster, harder, and will use a new magazine system for quicker reloads.

The Bravo is also much heavier. Better for home defense perhaps, but no so for carry.

Who came up with this list...only one I'd use for home defense is the hdx. You definitely want something that's doing over 50 joules for home defense

The Byrna at #1? Not only is it inferior to the Alpha, the price of Byrna products is ridiculous compared to other brands that preform equally well, if not better. I’m curious about the true source of this video. 😂

There’s less lethal ammo for firearms, mostly used by police shotguns

The S2 was the second one reviewed and as for the Byrna, it's the most popular and reliable one out of the box. You get what you pay for and the Byrna I've had for the last two years hasn't failed me yet, even after 1000+ rounds so far

These are all adverts. They use the same air cylinder those tiny things. Sure it can power itself through a cardboard box the first 2-3 shots but if the intruder is wearing a leather or puffy jacket it would fly off. Even if the intruder was naked unless you hit them in the eye then you have just made the intruder mad and they will kill you using one eye. Not to mention the cost I paid over ZAR8000.00 for a .68 and the metal semi-metal balls do as I have just described. It is 3 times more expensive than a real handgun this is manufacturers taking advantage of those people in countries where you cannot or its a mission basically impossible to get a firearm if you have a white skin. We pay taxes but the police arrive 3-5 hours after calling them murder or house breaking it does not matter and if you want then to take finger prints you have to bribe them but you are guaranteed to get nothing and if you call them to find out the progress the number does not even work claiming it has been broken for months or years. While I had two firearms legally purchased while I was overseas on the direction of the SAPS they were handed in without a receipt I guarantee sold to criminals. Smith and Wesson 357 6 inch cost me under R2000.00 today they must cost R30 000.00 and the same 38 special so I suppose I can always get a torches for when the power goes out for 2.5 -9 hours per day.
