Today we are taking on District 4, which is right next to the center but very local style. Here you will find some really special and unique street foods that can’t be found anywhere else - Pig Brain with Century egg, Balut and much more - Let’s begin!

You're really good at rolling up stuff in your spring rolls! I noticed that in one of your first videos (in Da Lat, I think?). And I learned something new today because the way she taught you how to roll makes perfect sense! She does it differently than others I have seen and it makes it much easier to roll and present the various proteins and veggies. Genius!

:> I love pring roll so much, i can eat pring roll in breakfast, lunch and dinner all day. Actually, pork and shrimp are just one of a kind spring roll. AND 2nd dish is not "BÁNH KHỌT", it's "BÁNH CỐNG". "BÁNH KHỌT" is grilled, just put a little oil in there cause it's sticky and shrimp is cut into piecs, mix with cooked mung bean into smooth mixture. in the other hand, "BÁNH CỐNG" is fried with some shrimp on top like in this video.
