Captain shrederator v Riptide being on this list is essentially proof Riptide will return next year despite fan's concerns. Battlebots seem to just love adding fuel to the fire with that controversy

HUGE! vs Sawblaze for the fifth place and Ribbot vs Hydra for the third place is more accurate for actual fight quality

The actual Top 5 should have been: 5. Big Dill v Mad Catter 4. Cobalt v Minotaur 3. Gruff v Riperoni 2. Fusion v Witch Doctor 1. Huge v Sawblaze

I'll added Sawblaze vs Minotaur too. Despite of being my favorite bot the one to be beaten down it had happened in a such fashioned way that it made it look as a survivor. Sawblaze also looked like a beast not only delivering but taking mayor shots from The Bull.
The Shrederator was SHREDDED!
Riptide should’ve stopped once Shrederator was down, that’s just bad sportsmanship I’ve been a fan of robot combat since I was like 5 and I’ve not seen such a controversial fight since the grand final of Robot Wars 6th wars

This isn't even close to the top 5. Cobalt vs Minotaur, sure, but where is Cobalt vs SawBlaze? The one that actually WON "best fight" from the fanbase? Why is that insult of a match at number 5? Where is HUGE vs SawBlaze? MadCatter vs Big Dill?

Riptide dismantling shrederator is not a good fight. It was 100% one sided and I felt so bad for Brian Nave and his bot. Riptide needs to learn some serious respect and they need to understand when they have done enough.

Agreed. I always feel like, if a bot is out and you can see it can't move or can barely move, then just leave it

You do have to remember they have a forfeit button to end the round at any time they want if they didn't want any more damage.
I wonder if its against the rules to incorporate rope or wire to snare spinners?
I'd like to see Razor up against these new bots. I reckon it could still do a ton of damage to alot of these bots at 25 yo..

It was the best bot of all time but itd have to adapt and change to keep up with the new guys. Ther apparently made a new version and it looks SCARY. Hopefully it gets used one day

unfortunately razors weapon just wouldn't work anymore. The robots now are faster and the spinners just too powerful.

I'd buy a RC Car tape a gun to it and make a mechanism with a rope that pulls the trigger
Shrederator's driver should have shut down his spinner if he didn't want to fight anymore. In any fight (MMA, Boxing, BJJ etc. if your opponent is still moving, you continue to fight until the ref tells you to stop. Team Shrederator is just full of sore losers.
