I agree with you on the baked products, I have the highlighter in blush gems and I wasn't impressed with the pigmentation. However, I took a knife and gently scraped off the first layer of product and WOW did the pigmentation change - it was incredible! You should try that with your blushes :)

I find that with a lot of their powder products you have to do that, but you can also just rub your finger on it really hard and I mean really hard and then you don't have to take a knife to it

I boke my baked highligher dropping it and it's kind of cool - the whole dome basically slid off. Might be working better, too, but I've always liked it pretty well.

Yeah, I have to say that the baked blushes in "pinktastic" and "peachy cheeky" are some of my favorite ELF products and I've used a lot of the entire range. There might be batch inconsistencies, but once you wear away the very top layer on the blushes the pigmentation is absolutely fantastic-- certainly better than the baked highlighters, though those aren't bad either.

I have an e.l.f. brush to mention that NO ONE seems to know about - it's the defining eye brush, and it's $1. It's basically a small angled shadow brush, and I got it 5 or 6 years ago in a set back when nobody knew about e.l.f.. I use it all the time for my outer corner because it's just the right size and shape. I even bought a similar one from sigma thinking it would be a nice upgrade, and I still reach for that damn $1 brush more than the sigma one. I haven't even had to replace it (but if I did, it's a cheap, easy replacement!)

Annie Oddo this is my favorite too and I own lots of much more expensive eye brushes!!! The $1 elf brush beats most of them by far!!

The baked blush in Pinktastic (the one you mentioned in your side note) is my absolute FAVORITE drugstore highlight! I reach for it even more often than my high end ones. This was a great list! I'm going to have to order those foundation sticks.

Great picks! I thought the foundation stick was fun to use and did have great coverage but it really accentuated my pores. I tried various primers and applications and just couldn't get it to not sink into my pores making them look deep and wide. I love the blending brush that is short with a thick fan style shape. It seems so high end!

I LOVE the complexion brush for blending out powder contour. It makes for a really soft and natural look. I did like he foundation serum but I mix it into a thicker foundation for a more sheared out coverage. It works well in the Nars foundations.

I really like the elf Acne Fighting foundation. I mix it in with a BB cream for everyday work wear and it's also a fantastic size for travel. It really does clear up my skin or prevent spots.
