I don't trust digital gauges.. I have a 40 year old Campbell-Hausfeld attachment on my air compressor I use to add air to my tires, it has a gauge on it but l use a Milton S925 pencil type tire gauge to set the pressure. My TPMS on the suv is off about 2 pounds off the Miltons reading. Every time I get service done at the dealership.. my tires are at 40 psi.or higher. norm is 34 psi..none of them need batteries...
