Thank you for the video. The problem with the 2.7 and 3.5 V6 is they sound great at idle but at higher rpms they sound like trumpets

I'm usually not a fan of Flowmaster exhausts but they have a great sounding exhaust system for the 3.5l ecoboost. I think it's called the Flowmaster Outlaw system. Sounds nice and deep.

If you want loud go with the MBRP (no resonator) that dumps out right in front of the passenger side rear wheel... At idle and low RPM I thought it sounded great, but get your foot into it and gets really loud really fast.. I ended up putting the SPD resonator on just to tone it down a little and get rid of that bite it had. This was on my 2016 w/2.7 Eco...

Had the Mbrp installer series on my 15’ I cut the muffler out and went straight 3.5 cat back. Sounded much better than the way it came. Just ordered a 23 going to do the same.

Im really leaning towards the MBRP 4".

I have the pypes on my truck and it’s a great system drone is almost non existent and it’s got a nice deep tone it sounds better in person than any video

I am interested in Pypes but i cant find one for 2022 f150 crew xlt. Do i need to look harder?

Did you do anything to make your turbo whitsle sound louder?

I have the Borla S-Type on mine. It's not as loud as the Atak, but loud enough. Also, it has a deeper tone than the Atak, which I prefer. I made a video of it on my channel, if you want to hear it.

Borla S type is a nice middle ground!

Would've liked to have seen Ford Performance's Extreme catback...since there doesn't seem to be any videos out there for it.

It's a Borla. Almost all the Ford performance exhausts are Borla exhausts with a Ford badge slapped on it

Is there any way you can get a decibel meter to give us actual data on the volume of the exhausts? Another very important data point is also needed ; highway speed drone. Without data this is very subjective.

Just ordered a borla atak for the 3.5 2020 and a track afe intake can’t wait

There is definitely a 3.5l non turbo, my wife has it in her edge, but I don't think it comes in the f150's

@@deansmith9950 thanks Dean. It does come for the F150 as that's what I have. I ended up going to a muffler shop and they hooked me up with a nice Flowmaster that makes the truck sound great. 😊 I'm very happy how it turned out!!

I did a muffler delete to my 2014 3.5 f150 4 dr 4x4 platinum kept the stock resonator and tip and she sounds like a diesel and cost me 150

This is mostly at idle 🤦🏾‍♂️ how do they sound at higher rpm? Probably just as horrible as every other f150 eco boost? If you really want a good sounding f150 get the v8 and turbo it
