One thing I found is the Zero Divide Amulet is excellent for guns with small ammo and/or eat up ammo like no ones business. I have a build that makes use of the AS-10 Bulldog and with the Zero Divide, ammo is no longer an issue and that was one of the AS-10's biggest weaknesses, it can unload a lot of damage in a short amount of time compared to other shotguns but runs out of ammo even faster. On bow/charged weapon builds, I usually use a secondary weapon that is also charged (Bolt Driver and Anguish) so they take advantage of the reduced charge speed from the rings you use for the build. Also, I found using the Bandit Mutator on Monarch is effectively infinite ammo. The bandit mutator pretty much ensures your ammo runs out slowly until the mod triggers and then you pretty much regain the ammo and are back to full ammo when the mod runs out. It also improves the dps of the mod since you reload less as well. It's the gun I use on my tank builds since I don't have to worry about ammo on my tank build.

I can't find a good use for infinite ammo like yeah its an obvious utility case. But the dps loss I see when I try and use it is crazy. Amulate slots are to valuable with better buffs tp use when I can have a shovel, or ammoboxes. Wish it was a ring at least then it's usable.

Totally agree. Immediately you can forget about an entire mechanic in the game. That is always valuable even if it isn't 100% necessary. Great for using shotguns and snipers as well.

@@SheenShots it adds 15% to ranged damage, with the monolith its a destroyer especially when coupled with a non reload/fast reload ring or mutator, you practically never have to let go of the fire button

i dont have the dlc ring for the classic deceit what can i use instead

You will want the Bolt Driver with Overflow as the mod and sequenced shot as the mutator. This will be a very strong second gun when you happen to need it. As it benefits from the items we use for the main weapon as well.

That zero divide is awesome wish instead of 15% ranged damage it would of been 15% fire rate

Honestly hope they don’t nerf the infinite ammo. If they took the 15 off or reduced it I’ll still be using it, because even with Ammo reserves at max, ammo supply is too small for rapid fire weapons in my opinion.

You dont really need Microcompressor. Leaking Gemstone makes you have the Mod 24/7 Which is basically never overheat.

How is the defense on these tho?

Trying the chakra trait on the crescent moon build might be good or for weapon mods that rely on their duration to do better constant dps so for the bow more double shots. At max level trait Moonlight barrage gets to 19.5s

Ya it was already up there in top 5 before. But after changes not its the easiest one to use. Only downside is you have to have weakspots but when they are there you crush.

when your fire rate is extremely high with draw rate you'll basically be able to charge by tapping the bow.

Probably an unpopulare opinion but zero divide is kinda bad, if your looking to min-max dps. (It would be better as a ring) The buffs and effects of infinate ammo and 15% damage kind blow compared to other amulates.

When considering min maxing yes. It always comes down to ease of use or DPS. And if you are the type of person who wants to get the biggest numbers possible no matter what you will probably avoid the item. Especially since ammo boxes exists. But then you have the other side where just never ever worrying about ammo is so fun in terms of utility. 15% still ain't half bad either. I mean it isn't 25% or 30% like some others but hey your still in the DPS game even if just a little in the back.

@SheenShots your not wrong, and I'm not disagreeing with the dps ease of use and consistency. I just think it's an unfortunate downgrade compared to most high end builds, where the amulate slot tends to be the core build factor that ring choice and skills are decided around.

@@skaternutxOriginal amulet is great for low ammo long guns and bows. Keeps you from putting points into ammo trait.

As a person who has no DLC, I am sad.

Ammo management in this game is so frustrating that I just WeMod infinite ammo to save myself the headache

Skill issue. Almost like there's a whole consumable just for refilling ammo.

The base game nerfs feel pretty terrible. I worked really hard for this build and now it's pathetic

I HATE the nerfs. Nearly all builds except the new DLC ones are basically useless and weak, even the "tank" builds.

The "idea" was make everything more balanced. Instead they made all the awesome stuff super mid and all the DLC stuff super broken. Unironically the worst Remnant 2 patch even though it should have in theory made the game better. Mostly because you shouldn't release a giant game changing patch alongside new content. Fixes mean nothing if new stuff will simply change the game anyhow.

@@SheenShots and they made the "extra 20 points" useless awell. Because despite having 85 now, my tank build is weaker and stats are lower than before when it was just 65 points. I hate single player/co-op game nerfs. Specially of this magnitude.
