Embrace was horrible in paying out claims. Said an acute ear infection with antibiotics was considered a PRE-EXISTING condition because my dog had a scratch on his ear with possible allergy before the policy. Acute Otitis Media is not a chronic nor pre-existing condition & a scratch or allergy are not the same as a middle ear infection. They don’t want to reimburse. Because it was the with the ear, they denied. Duke did not ever have an ear infection.
