Made that 7 1 shooting big that is probably the best possible build you can make for the rec imo

For the build at 16:50 is that 80 interior D good enough or am I gonna get bullied in the paint

I would say if you’re guarding a post scorer on the 1s u might get bullied. As far as 2s-5s you’ll be ok

Is post control completely unnecessary or should it be high if you want standing contact dunks??

It’s not necessary for standing dunks. It helps more with post spins, drops steps, getting position in the post with the ball. Stuff like that
