What i want for Sam is to remove the speed because is faster than any brawler in the game just by thrwoing the super, taking it again , throwing again an eventually killing the enemy which is just annoying For starpower make him to heal himself when he deal damage with the super like 10% or less of his max HP which will make this starpower more skillfull and renamed into Life Steel
