The Oznova’s are the cleanest alternative on here to me, originally saw them a few weeks ago too and didn’t really think of Yeezy’s right away. They’re nice.

I honestly think the ones that Kanye is mad about look the least like a yeezy clone. The less hyped shoes look way more like yeezy clones.

For the slides it's the angle. The side on angle that is often shown don't look that similar but when you see them top down they are more or less the exact same shape as the yzy slides

They look different enough to be their own thing, though obviously look heavily inspired. I’d be excited if I was kanye as the more affordable ones can be bought by lower income people, which it seems he’s for. Rather than not being able to grab any Yeezys and having to buy for $100+ more in the aftermarket. Inclusivity is a plague and everyone should be able to grab a style they may want even if it’s not the actual grail. Still good shit. People can make it want they want but in the end we all still getting screwed by the people with 💰💰💰

The Ozweego looks like so many of the different silhouettes that Adidas has had over the years. That is the only one I would say is a stretch to say that its a Yeezy 500 alternative.

Adidas have always had that rectangular shape for slides. If anything Kanye copied Adidas but the other shoes are definitely inspired by Ye. I'm definitely buying a pair of whites Adifom SLTN once the all white is available in the US. Looks great👍

I entered a raffle for a pair for the Adilette 22 slides in the magic line/ sand color way and End. Clothing charged me $75.59 for those slides when I won! That’s including shipping and taxes but still that was a lot because I bought a second pair in the Carbon color way here in the US and it was definitely cheaper.

Great video, but I still don’t see how the Adilette 22 resembles the Slides. Not even remotely.

Theres a cheaper model called the Ozelle thats worth a shout out too. Im trying to get 1 of each of the Oz line, than slowly get another colorway of each aswell. They fit me well true to size and im a wide footer. They look cool, are comfy and dont break the bank. Great shoes, i dont recommend driving in them though lol

I have the ozweegos and Yzy500. The only difference between them is that ozweego is more comfortable with the adiprene+ at the toes, but yzy 500 is lighter. Both are great walking shoes though

I love my ozelias. They are definitely comfortable but I would not say they look like yeezys more than I would say yeezys look more like the shoes that inspired the ozelia... I tried the 700v3 and to get the comfort I get from the ozelia I had to go a whole size up which made my feet look stupid in them. They were too narrow, where as the ozelia has a wider foot and toe bed. The only thing that can constitute a similarity is the colorway layout.

there is a 350 v2 alternative on JD, the ozweego knit design so similar to a 350 v2 to even the same streak line, i own a pair myself and people sometimes mistake them for some 350's

I think Ozelia and Ozrah are the closest to a Yeezy 700 v3. I have been eyeing the Ozelia but I cannot find a good colorway yet.

Seeing them side by side really makes you appreciate the details in the design of the Yeezys that make them a superior shoe in overall aesthetic, build quality and comfort. You can also understand YE's frustration considering his goal has always been to get good quality and design in the hands of the masses. Adidas decision here shows they had additional manufacturing capacity to produce more Yeezys increasing supply and lowering cost, but made the conscious decision to reduce quality for financial gain instead. At the end of the day people will buy them because they are more affordable but people could have had their cake and ate it too if Adidas wasn't playing games.

@@oldarthurmorgan6319 you are missing the point. The prices he was quoting for the Yeezys was the reseller price not MSRP. Reseller market would collapse if they released more Yeezys to meet demand (MSRP would fall too. It’s the resellers that are the problem.

The Adidas version look cheap and lose their distinct silhouette with wear due to those cheap materials. It might not be something you care about enough to spend you money on, but that’s doesn’t make it untrue. The Yeezy versions are objectively better shoes. If that weren’t true the resellers would be buying the adidas version out and running up the price on them too.

@@eafortson what makes the designs on the yeezys better? thats completely and utterly subjective lmfao. thats like saying red is superior aethetically to yellow. how? and citing resellers who dont operate on quality, but purely hype and demand, as the reason yeezys are objectively better shoes is dumb. there are nike sb dunks that go for RACKS and yet are made of lower quality materials than for example some random underarmor casual shoe fo a fraction of that. retro jordans are vastly inferior basketball shoes to current pro model nikes, jordan, ua, adidas, puma, nb, etc sneakers AND worse for most ppls feet health and comfort than common lifestyle sneakers and yet resellers can fetch 400+ for some models and colorways. and speakin of colorways, is an orange shoe inferior to the same exact shoe from the same exact drop with the same exact structure and materials, but in black, inferior bc the black one goes for $75 dallars more on the resale market? u think these hyped shoes are hyped because they're "superior" but the reality is these shoes are considered "superior" because they're hyped and not the other way around.

If you put comfort on the first place, then go with Ozweego. Everything else is pretty much uncomfortable or even terrible

Adilette 22's get better the more you wear them. Definitely get more squish out of them now than when they were new. 👍🏻
