Dear Amry. Thank you for the excellent work you do here.I want to commend you for the great answers. I always have challenges with competency based questions. But each time i walk into an interview room and talk about that example of the colleague who earned themselves a reputation of being lazy, I blow everyone's minds. I haven't succeeded with an offer yet but I believe continuous practice with these examples will land me one. All in due time

Flexibility and adaptability, communication skills interview question, planning and organising multiple project work using hard skills. Thank you for all your videos.

I think watching this video get me ready for my interview in hours to come.

The interviewer can have a variety of motivations for asking this question, assessing behaviors and commitment to that type of role or industry so first would be explaining that you would ask for feedback to get context for the hiring decision and to improve in future, and second to confirm that you would not give up looking for a similar type of role.
