The evilest Disney supervillain of all time is Scar. His greed and jealousy turned him into a ruthless murderer. As evil as it may sound, his death was one of the most deserved villains’ deaths. Jeremy Irons' amazing voice performance made the character even scarier.

I'd say Judge Frollo simply because there's nothing cool about him and Villians you're not supposed to like anything about them and in this case we don't there's no way you can cheer him the character is very realistic which makes him very unsettling because there are egotistical self righteous sanctimonious narcissistic radical religious leaders who hold themselves above everyone else and he's also a borderline pedophile Esmeralda was supposedly 15 I'd say he's #1 that's not an endorsement that'an indictment because to be #1 villain you're the worst of the worst

159: Honestly underrated in the Disney canon but The Coachman gave all kids nightmares including directors we all know. Seeing your best friend being turned into a donkey had to be downright scary

In my opinion; Cruella De Vil is the Anna Wintour of Disney villains, fashionable but deadly. After South Dakota governor Kristi Noem gleefully boasted shooting her dog Cricket after she couldn't train her to be a successful hunting dog; people started calling Kristi "Governor Cruella."

Cinderella is the number one Disney Movie to have a Great Evolution in Cinema. The actresses that have played and voiced Lady Tremaine is phenomenal. Eleanor Audley voiced her to perfection as one of the classic Disney Villains of all time, Angelica Houston put on a performance in Ever After in 1998, Sigourney Weaver voiced her as the Wicked Stepmother she is in the heavily underrated animated movie Happily N’Ever After and Cate Blanchett did great with fashion sense in the 2015 film

I'm sad my poor boy Maestro Forte from Beauty and the Beast's Christmas special didn't even make it into the special mentions... I see a lot of people saying they were scared shitless of him,I,on the other hand,always drooled on his design,he's the reason why I love musical organs so much. Another example is Shan Yu,I never flinched when he was on screen,rather,I'm always been in love with his design,he's so badass

As much as I like the old Disney villains, I also like modern ones too. Calligan from Big Hero 6, for instance, is sympathetic and wants revenge against the rich guy that caused his daughter to be gone. In terms of my least favorite Disney villain, it’s the guy from Wish.

I was afraid of Kaa the Snake. It was because of him hypnotizing Mowgli with his evil smile. At the beginning of the film. I'm over it now, but that villain used to scare me. Shere Khan is one of my favorite villains, and whenever he chokes Kaa. It makes me laugh because of how Kaa is afraid of Shere Khan. Anyways, I somewhat agree with the list.

The horned king absolutely terrified me as a kid. When I got older and found out he was voiced by John hurt I was so shocked!

For me the Disney Vilians that scared me the most were Frolo, Ursula, Scar, Shere Khan, The Evil queen and the Bear from the fox and the hound.

Coachman is Not a Disney villain. Villains are after the good guys and usually have major beef and confrontation with them (sometimes even having more character development them). Coachman is a Boogeyman/ Krampus type figure reminiscent of old Grimm fairy tales that were used to scare disobedient kids into behaving which is part of the lesson. (Honestly except for maybe the whale, Pinocchio doesn’t really have an actual main villain).

Cruella De Vil in the animated movie isn't nearly as terrifying as the live action, imo. Glenn Close did a phenomenal job getting across how intimidating and imposing she was when she entered a room and her random burst of temper made everyone jump.

I’d like to see the Queen Of Hearts go up against Jervis Tetch, the evil Mad Hatter who uses mind control circuitry.

If I had to pick one Disney villain as my favorite, I'd have such a tough time. I love Dr. Facilier, Cruella DeVil, Judge Frollo, Jafar, Mother Gothel, Professor Ratigan, Maleficent, Yzma, and Hades. They're in my list of favorites.
