Mr IQ remember safety first. Get a push stick. Your hands will thank you for it. And use a blade guard.

Hello. I always use a saw guard and push rods. This is only for the video, I worked without protection, so that it would be better visible to the audience. Thank you for the tip.

Hi. 1mm. But if the saw is not sharp, then 2 mm.

That's not really cutting it without chipping! It's cutting it with chips then removing the chips with a router. You'd have to cut all the pieces longer than you need then rout them to the right size.
