Lord dregg is a crappy villain and isn't fleshed out as a villain in the tmnt universe you have different renditions the 2012 toon and the 87 show he doesn't exist in the mirage comics continuity. the triceratons are a rival faction of alien soldiers who resembles earths triceratops dinosaurs that fight human aliens known as the Galactic federation that predate the tmnt comics in the fugitoid miniseries show in gobbledygook that leads into issue number 5 of mirage comics where the turtles gets beamed to dahoonib in an alley where fugitoid sal the robot aka professor Honeycutt was cornered by the galactic federation soldiers in and the turtles rescue fugitoid from being captured by general blaque's army because fugitoid had the plans to create the transmat device to incite war and a terrorist attack on the triceraton homeworld, a mole in the galatic federation army loane leaks information Intel to a triceraton solider Commander Mozar who intercepts the info and later captures fugitoid in the dhoonib cantina that leads the turtles into a war zone and stowaway on to a triceraton battle cruiser to the triceraton homeworld.

The triceratons shouldn't come to earth that story line is about the turtles stumbling upon the t.c.r.i building after having a fight with the foot and finding the building that created the ooze that mutated them insearch for an injured missing splinter attacked by mousers that were sent out by stockman to find april and wrecked the turtles old lair were recalled back to baxters headquarters to self destruct the turtles and april and the mousers injured splinter, splinter got kidnapped by utrom workers to heal him and the turtles moves into apirls apartment brown stone goes on a high speed case with police mistaking aprils Volkswagen minibus as a suspected vehicle and the turtles investigate the the t.c.r.i building and go out into space via the utrom transmat teleportal device teleporting into a random alley that fugitoid was cornered in saving the robot sal / professor honeycut the fugitoid, general blanque of the galactic federation hunting him down and being captured by the triceratons in the middle of a dahoonibian cantina battle with the turtles and the turtles stowaway.

Agent bishop isn't too well fleshed out of a villian hes a immortal civil war union soldier who was abducted by aliens and creates rat king and hates the turtles for being mutants or suspects them to be aliens, hes a utrom varient of the kranng that just wears glasses and looks alike the standard kraang using the same molds in 2012 toon whos just a side character, and shes a deformed creature akin like m.o.d.o.k. in the idw comics wearing a human suit to make him look normal copying off agent smith from the matrix
