I had to come back say THANK YOU!! Your tips about thumbnail and shirts..Finally!! My men’s shirts are selling. Once you said it, I went back, looked and realized..unless they specifically go through each picture, you really couldn’t see the pattern/details.

Hey Surfs Up.. thanks for the videos! My son got me hooked on your channel. And the irony is is that I just got him into eBay so we both love to watch your videos. I live in the area too, so who knows we may run into each other at one of these Goodwills . I have a question? I have somebody that purchased two items for the same person and then he messaged me asking if I will refund part of the shipping after he paid. If I’m selling more than one of the same item, I’ll do a combine shipping add-on in my listing, however, I did not do this for these two items that I sold. I’m afraid if I refund part of the shipping and send it in one package he could say that he never got the second item. Do you do this to satisfy the customer? Or instruct them to cancel the sale? I just thought it was fishy as it could be a scam with zero feedback.. so I thought I would ask. I really don’t see eBay having my back on this if I get screwed over. I also don’t want to get negative feedback if I don’t honor, combining the shipping on these two items. One is a T-shirt and the other is a windbreaker. I would assume probably the best thing to do was for him to cancel the orders, and I could reduce the shipping on the second item maybe he could repurchase them. Thanks! Love the vids!

@@surfsupfinds yes, the same person bought two items but I did not have it set up in my eBay listing to combine items. so good old eBay combine them together per his checkout request and he’s asking for a partial refund to help on shipping costs. . I don’t like having to do that because then he could say that I didn’t send the second item if i send in one package as ebay appears to be forcing me to on teh check out page. Appreciate it

I use a virtual assistant called autoposher (link in my linktree for a discount). It sends out offers all day and night so I don’t promote anything over $20.
