What we know about veldanava, he created the cardinal world, he created the seven primordial angels, he had 7 Angelic Ultimate Skills and created 7 more for his angels, he relinquished his own Ultimate skills except for Michael which he later exhanged for Uriel with Rudra, he abandonned his divinity and became mortal, he was killed, Feldway wants to bring him back with no proof of that being possible. Even if he was the original god of the cardinal world, he shouln'd be on tops since he never participates in the story, if you are talking about Velda, the write Velda, not Veldanava

In the LN (I only read the LN from where the anime left off, no WN or the like), I would rank the 6 characters shown to be currently (top stronger, bottom weaker, gaps show huge differences in power): - Veldanava (unknown full power, but if he can come back, likely the highest as of now) - Rimuru (now capable of fighting in a suspended world where time is essentially stopped AND capable of fighting with True Dragons and coming out on top due to Ciel) - Guy Crimson (similar overall to Rimuru, but I would consider him overall a bit weaker now but having much more experience, so it could be anyone's game) - Rudra/Michael (also capable of fighting in a suspended world, plus hax defense and control skill if properly activated/utilized) - Milim (unknown wether she can fight in a suspended world, but I doubt it as of now. She is essentially an unbreakable powerhouse, but her intellect hinders her overall ability, though her fighting instincts could invalidate that argument to some degree) - Rudra/Masayuki (capable of utilizing Uriel to unleash one of the strongest attacks currently known, plus likely capable of similar feats as Rudra/Michael, but unlike him, Rudra/Masayuki is only temporary and bound by the limits of Masayuki as a host to some degree, which heavily hinders his capabilities overall. This may be spoiler, well if the anime ever gets to that points. In the LN so far. We are not sure about the top 3, but Yuuki is not in the top 20 yet. With some adjustments, I would say the strongest right now are, Feldway, Z , & Rimuru. And these guys might be on par, Valdora, Velgryn, Guy, Milim. Velzard was stronger that her siblings but after adjustments by Ciel their EV sky rocketed. Guy may not have their EV but he is way more skillful and can copy most Ultimate skills while it’s in use.
