1. PELICAN BAY
Pelican Bay is comprised of 6,500 residences and 88 acres of parks and recreation areas. All home types are available from single-family homes, to cute apartments, all with jay dropping views and character. Pelican Bay has the most unique and beautiful amenities Naples has to offer!
2. ESPLANADE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB
Esplanade is a luxury bundled golf community located off Immokalee Road in North Naples. Amenities include resort style facilities, tennis, pickleball, bocce, spa and salon for hair, nail and facial treatments, gym, dog park, 14 miles of biking and walking trails and more!
3. VINEYARDS COUNTRY CLUB
The Vineyards has 38 individual gated communities with 2,719 homes, and is located right near highway I-75. Memberships are not mandatory but very incredible; varying membership types available. Full members can use the golf facilities, wellness center, tennis and pickleball courts, resort style pool, and participate in social events.

Pelican Marsh is a great community, no denying it! It was tough to pick just 3.
I wouldn't even go near Immokalee RD. Good luck on it after 4pm.

What are the areas that I could buy a home without having to pay HOA fees. I heard big no to Golden Gate, so what would be my next option?

I would recommend go to Naples and drive around and see it on your own eyes. Many places along the beach were totally flooded in Sep 2022 ! 10-15Feet !

That shouldn’t be a problem.
Cha ching Cha ching Cha ching......they have nothing for me. You can keep your HOA. Nobody tells me how to live in my house. I live in golden gate estates by the way.

Ave Maria is way too far from everything...Golden Gate City, that's old and mainly Mexico, Haiti and Cuba.. Golden Gate Estates, that's more secluded houses with large lots, but traffic is a nightmare !
