What do you call those rubber things for safeguarding connected wires?

a magnetic card that stores 1tb of information on it? like a business card but holds terabytes of information on the card itself like a USB and SD Card itself? like when you get a receipt instead of it coming out of the machine you stick it back into the machine or scan it abit like a swipe card or tap and go card and stores on the magnetic card movies music photos documents apps mods games you name it stores everything on a card and does take much room up and last 100 years long? wouldn't that be good less storage less collecting all receipts on the card then actual receipts and use at home to check on your receipts and everything else?

There is charging port on powerbank PCB. But this is very terrible build, batteries will get imbalance voltage and may explode.
