What exactly is the white Vision using to generate the beam out of its forehead? The Mind stone was taken by Thanos so it isn't that. Is the beam just coming through a hole in the plot?

Vision is made out of vibranium, but it only took 3 fingers and pinch move from thanos to pick the mind stone from his head and thrash his vibranium head like it was a soda can.

Pretty sure you can stop a speedster by throwing a huge techy type glue trap in their way
