I have thought of this long ago, and so here comes my own Top 25 list of my favorite episodes from the Classic Series. The episodes from the golden age of the television series I chose are ranged from really good to absolutely fantastic.

Dude!!!! Percy's Promise is my all time favourite episode too
to me every single episode from season one to season five is gold! I don't care if certain adaptations were either delayed, heavily edited, or even changed. they will always have a special place in my heart. I really need to start reading the railway series again. as I'm sure every single book is perfect.
I grew up with classic Thomas since I was really young. My older brother had them on VHS. Great list! I'm thinking about doing my top 10 favorite Thomas episodes.

@Michael Butler Yeah but it doesnt bother me much because for one thing, trivia on the episode on the fandom wiki says this “Rosie was most likely working on Sodor prior to the events of this episode as she seemed to know Thomas before they even talked to each other on screen. She was also introduced with just facts about her, the narrator did not pronounce Rosie new nor did the engines”. That makes sense.

I have a question here. How did you manage to mix the original Season 7 music with the Michael Brandon's Season 7 narration perfectly? 😐 The only issue I have with Michael Brandon's Season 7 narration, is just that the Season 8 music was used instead, like for the PBS airings. 😔

Well, as a kid, I’ve grew up listening to the Michael Angelis US narration for the Season 7 episodes that were used on the “New Friends for Thomas” VHS from Spring 2004, and since some of the Season 6 episodes never aired on TV, I’ve always thought what it would’ve been like if Seasons 6-7 aired together in the US on Nick Jr. from September-November 2003.

@@BriceGum138 I agree. I've always wished Michael Brandon started narrating for the US in 2003, during the last year of the Classic era when HiT first bought the show.

"Rusty Saves the Day" is a mass disappointment since it contradicts the continuity of the show. Hell, it felt the writers got a spell of amnesia when they wrote this. In other words, the reason to close Skarloey and Rheneas' line is just stupid.

@@roundhouseadventures.7947 "Fergus Breaks the Rules" is not that bad despite the misleading title. As for "Rheneas and the Rollercoaster", that's a different story. I don't hate it, I just don't like it.

Because Baldwin was pretty terrible in Season 6. So don't ask me to use his narrations for Season 6 (except for only three that stood out).

@@BriceGum138 Even as a 6 year old, I didn’t like his season 6 narration. That, along with the terrible visuals is why I consider season 6 my least favorite classic series. Even the UK narration cant make me consider season 6 perfect.
