Most of these trends show a clear bias toward coastal audiences (e.g. California, New York) -- where many of the trends in inland states and provinces have a much different focus on what is a priority.
So happy to see NFTs make the list though art is only part of what is happening in this space. Other examples include unique in game items, liquidity pool tokens for crypto exchanges, club membership cards, content copyright and ownership, deeds and titles, physical product verification (ex. You buy a Rolex and get an NFT. If someone steals your Rolex but doesn’t have the NFT, it will lose significant value).

Here is what I get from the current trends in T.V. commercials: that black men prefer white women over black women and white women prefer black men over white men, reason unknown other than manipulative agenda of Ad Agencies. That black women are solo with many children and must dye their hair blond, wear two-inch-long fake eyelashes and have overly long fingernails, reason unknown except to compete with the Ad Agencies concept of white women. That white men or black men who are without a female partner are gay, in bed together, kiss each other on screen and are men married to each other. That all families pictured in commercials are in mixed marriages with mixed ethnic children. Is this current trend solely the agenda of Ad Agencies or do their client's advocate the depiction of the current customer base that shows all commercials with black actors and regard the African American as the wealthiest consumer at this time?
