The abyss is the embodiment of evil so when you look at it, it’s looking back at you waiting for an opportunity to corrupt you. When you blink, you’re blinded for a split second. But that’s all it takes for evil to slip past your guard and corrupt you.

Batman didnt go beast mode at that moment, he went more like machiavelli mode or demonic mode. He didnt inflict violence, he inflicted psychology. Same with the chapter from JLU when he is captured by Lex and villains take turns playing prison guards and they all end up psychologically manipulated.

Most people don't realize that Darkseid genuinely LIKES Batman. He likes him as a person and sees him as the main tactical threat to taking Earth. Superman is the symbol who only survives because Darkseid doesn't want him to be a martyr, it would only make him more powerful. But Batman is a genuine enemy that would be a true challenge to fight. Because he won't fight directly.

It's only impressive when he successfully executes those plans. And it only happens when he's got plot armor. Otherwise imagine activating your plans against people like flash and superman who are faster than the speed of light. It’s just all plot armor for batman.

Plot armors where you’re making and finishing your moves while the fastest beings stay still doesn’t make you good. It makes the overall fight bland and uninteresting and confirms that you actually can't defeat them lol.

Superman will remain #1 forever simply because of what he embodies and represents, and he does not need a contingency plan to defeat every hero or villain that exists and his abilities are far beyond Batman, sorry to burst your bubble but i feel like Batman fanboys need to stop claiming false facts as factual

That last one was also poetic because just after he said, "I want you to remember the ONE man who beat you," Bruce had a heart attack and, "died," sealing his legacy.😁😁 That part always gives me chills. For those that never watched the movie and are wondering why I put DIED in quotes, you'll have to buy the movie to find out. For those that did, you have to love the poetic irony in the whole movie, even as an animated film.

Number two. Yes. In the commentary someone said, "When you're fighting Batman....Batman's in charge." And I agree. _That_ is how Batman fights. And we finally got to see it in a movie.

You know you are screwed when Batman says "im only gonna say this once!" or when he smiles while cracking his knuckles. Such a badass movie *batman vs robin*

favorite fight to me is hands down the initial matchup against Shredder. that match shows us what it's like to have 2 masters of combat who have almost never known defeat squaring against each other. Shredder is capable of breaking Batman's gadgets, forcing a hand-to-hand fight, paired up with Batman steadily learning about Shredder and adapting his tactics. in short, it was the one fight i never knew i wanted

I've always loved the Batman /Mutant Leader fight from BTAS ''Legends of the Dark Knight.' Short, brutal, and surprisingly violent for a DCAU fight. Michael Ironside made a great older Batman.

best one´s missing: batman taking down the swat teams, the "doctors" and saving the hostages at the same time in "The Dark Knight" - I absolutely love that scene

The Dark Knight Rises when he fought against Bane is such a badass scene.

What a bunch of awesome moments for Batman

Batman is seriously one of my favorite heroes, one of my favorite fights with him is when he nearly kills joker in dark knight returns. Even though the fight was slow-paced, it was the weight of what was happening that did it for me. It's from how he threw the batarang into joker to how he dies in the tunnel of love with batman. Just such a great scene.

I love how much Battinson feels like the animated Batman. We haven't gotten much of that in the live action stuff so it very refreshing. Kevin Conroy will forever be the best Batman, though.

Batman always goes beast mode

The sad apart about the Superman Batman fight that everyone loves from Dark Knight Returns is supposed to be sad and symbolic of how dark times have gotten if these two best friends are beating the tar out of each other. What I'm saying is that maybe don't make that their first meeting...

The speech this man said while fighting the mutant leader is second to when he first made his appearance to the crime bosses of Gotham.

Batman: Soul of the Dragon The first scene with Batman in it, where he absolutely _terrifies_ a group of killer ninjas. He even yeets one out of a window.

Batman was at his most savage moment when he beat Joker into getting him to reveal the location of Rachel and Dent in The Dark Knight.

Gotham Knight's story where he stops of gangwar and badassly stands in sea of fire would be my top moment

I love how Batman goes beast mode show his true power to defend Gotham and entire Universe in DC comic story’s

The moment where an older Batman takes on a physically superior Mutant leader should be ranked way higher.

HE is the personification of beast mode, period!!!! He's been always like that since his 1989 debut, and so on from that moment on.

All are awesome but I have to say terrifying henchmen is number 1 :) I remember watching at home with mom and dad. I was so excited. I was counting,still do. I was commenting with mom and waiting to see how he looks like. Awesome scene! Batman Hush is pretty good. Avenging his parents pretty good too. Dark Knight chase with Joker perfect. Rescuing the cardinal pretty good. Fighting swat,because he had no choice great. Great list in general

No. 15, imagine if Karmi had a beast mode moment like this with Diane "Di" Amara after the traumatic event in her life after bounding with Hiro, then came back years like to move back into San Fransokyo and enrolled in SFIT again and became Sunfire, and found out Big Hero 6's real identities and they let her join them as their new seventh addition to the team and was told by them about eveything that exact night like Di revealing her real identity to Hiro and her goal after mutating Karmi and making her kidnap him and steal the nano microbots they worked on together that exact same night they bounded before she went crazy and turned on Karmi and revealed her true nature to her before being fused and injected with a mutation biochip just to get even with her for tarnishing her childhood idol's reputation and diminishing everything that was good about Sycorax before getting shut down for Di's actions and monster-making campaign from behind the scenes when she would encountered her and her assassiant/henchman/creation Chris if "Big Hero 6 The Series" hadn't got cancelled after it's short third season on Disney Channel

No Doubt Batman vs Superman in the Dark Knight would be number 1. Both superheroes on opposite sides fighting each other. I am surprised the fight with the in the Batman vs Superman movie is not on the list. Batman would actually have killed Superman if Superman did not say Martha’s name. Another honorable mention is Mask of the Phantams when Batman is being chased by GCDP. Even though he never fights the police he does do his best to avoid being shot, gets hurt in an explosion, manages to distract the police and and able to to run after a head injury.

The vampire Batman from Gods and Monsters was pretty beastly.

"In all of the years to come in your most private moments I want you to remember the one man who beat you" MMM the most satisfying line, just wish Batman could have given one of his world class headbutts or a heavy fist.

I'll always choose Batman over Superman. He saves the day with nothing but his body and wits, and that deserves a lot of respect.

How fitting, Batman corners Jason in a bathroom and proceeds to clean up the place with him!

My favorite one is the Ben Affleck fight scene in the "Batman v. Superman" where he rescues Martha Kent

I would have liked to see at least one entry from Tim Burton's Batman or Batman Returns. In either film, all you see is this spectacular show of strength and agility from Keaton as he literally tears apart criminals flooding Gotham with extreme prejudice. My favorite has to be at the end of the first Batman movie when he's in the Clock Tower mowing down Joker's henchman in the most brutal, yet creative ways possible.

The Dark Knight Returns was the best pair of Batman movies/writings we ever got as Batman fans. Frank Miller is the man.

The fight against the mutant leader is one of my absolute favorites!

I know this vid is to point out batman beating ppl up, but ppl tend to underestimate Jason too much, at the under the red hood fight scene, Jason was holding back since he wanted to lead Bruce to the joker, and you can see it in the whole fight, Don't get me wrong Jason was going for every critical blow he can get, but most of the fight he was just aiming on immobilizing Bruce and running away towards the building where joker is, It's also proven in the comics that both batman and Jason always hold back on each other since they still consider each other as family

Batman is always a beast and that's why is my favorite superhero plus the warehouse scene is my favorite live action fight from BvS.

What about saving the hostages dressed as clowns scene from the dark knight

Best fight was the Batman vs Superman warehouse scene. We actually got to see the physicality we see in the animated movies from batman. Obviously the killing isn’t great, but his strength agility and speed is the best we’ve seen on the big screen easily
