Wasn’t that bad, chill 😂 They didn’t even show Captain Marvel’s remains or Carter’s body which was cut in half.

While the death and the way it was done was absolutely shocking, the shot of John Walker holding up the bloodied shield is by far one of the most best and impactful sequences in Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

The killing that horrified me most was in "Ant-Man" when Darren Cross talked to an executive in the bathroom and suddenly reduced him to a slimy blip on the floor.

Tony Stark's death still hits hard. An unforgettable experience in the cinema. Total silence followed this scene with a fair few of us wiping tears away. Then a real gut punch with the funeral scene and Alan Silvestri's beautiful "The Real Hero" playing as the Marvel universe was all gathered together. Bloody hell, I am going again 😥

You give Sam Raimi a PG-13 rating, he will push it to the edge of R-rated gore every time. Black Bolt can attest to that.

Gamora had to die, which was sad enough. It was all made even worse when the Guardians learn of her death and Peter Quill couldn't keep it together, making this one of the saddest MCU deaths.

No. 1, these deaths could've been avoided if Reed hadn't told Wanda about Black Bolt's power and just let him do his thing, or if Professor X had used his power to freeze her in place so Christine could put the same kind of that were used on Stephen in this movie instead of going inside her mind and getting his neck snapped by her

Feel like every death in Multiverse Of Madness could fill up this list. As a Multiverse film it's alright but it reeks Sam Raimi all over it and honestly I feel like that's why the deaths are brutal you have Black Bolt's mouth dissappear blasting his brains out, Reed turns to Noodles, Captain Carter gets cut in half, Captain Marvel gets drained her powers then gets crushed by a statue and Professor X gets his jaw ripped off. And that's just what wasn't cut

I have a feeling that if she does “break bad,” she might stay the Scarlet Witch for the X-Men.

I think Thor decapitating Thanos was provoked when Thanos has the gall to voice a faux, half-hearted regret that, "Perhaps I was too cruel to you, daughter." at Nebula. That really gets me because I'm reminded of stories of parents harming their children

I like how What If is basically an excuse to kill heroes as torturously as possible

When Wanda literally removed his mouth and then he screamed and killed himself, that was scary and brutal.

It’s ridiculous that there’s no scenes from Daredevil or The Punisher. Those shows were as brutal as Marvel could ever get.

Always said Wanda was THE single most powerful character in the MCU to my mom. If she knew her power when Thanos was messing about it would've been short.

And after May, Peter had nothing to live for. And after erasing MJ's memories, Peter is now just a ghost, and only Spider Man lives on

Great list, but Nico should’ve been higher, maybe even number 1. That scene and the vision of Captain America’s shield covered in blood still haunts me

No. 9, while it is nice to have her as an "Uncle Ben" type figure for MCU Peter without seeing Ben get shot at again this death probably could've been avoided if Peter had texted MJ to push the button on the box and send all the villains back before Goblin's glider hit May

Gotta now add Miss Minutes in the TVA killing the people in the shrinking death cube.

The deaths that haunt me still are in X-Men: Days of Future Past. I don't know why but man....seeing how each character died is burned into my mind.

By far the most beloved characters of the entire MCU, Tony Stark's noble sacrifice was a huge shock to audiences after coming out of Endgame 2019. Not only was his death a natural decision for his character, but it was also quite brutal.

Im a die hard fan of the MCU, but half of the deaths on this list happened in recent projects and I had forgotten most of them. Hopefully they go for more quality over quantity in the future

@@nestorsifuentesaguirre2722 Yeah, but if the real death of Chadwick Boseman was too hard and sad for everyone, why then kill Queen Ramonda!?; and although her death practically was for Shuri development in her grief process for her brother, it just makes the movie sadder than it already is. Black Panther 2 is too depressing most of the movie, but I still like the movie. And like Thor and Peter Parker, Shuri lost everything and everyone (I don't quite count Wanda at this point because she currently became and is a villain); But this is just my personal opinion.

Perhaps one of the most heartbreaking death in the MCU, Tony Stark's parents met a pretty grim end in what could be one of the darkest MCU Films.

I say that queen Ramonda's death was very emotional and Wanda killing the illuminati was extremely explicit and disturbing 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

I always thought Rumlow blowing himself up at the start of Civil War was pretty brutal.

Anyone who got decapitated was lucky, that dude in moon knight who got disemboweled definitely got the most brutal death he was alive & in pain for the longest during his dying process

In my school vr game the most over the top marvel theme death is what happened to thane during the tournament of power Goalius saw thane in his mother's infinite armour which got Goalius annoyed big time and when his mother arrived a few seconds later she phase locked thane and Goalius used his anti matter manipulation to rip thane apart molecule by molecule atom by atom leaving only the armour

It was Agatha all along.

Nah the fact visions dead body shows up as a vision out of nowhere during a Wanda vision episode with the time stone hole and lifeless eyes still there is terrifying

Watching Tony Stark/Iron Man at the end of *"Endgame"* was just *BRUTAL.* He started the MCU and it ended with him.

In theory if Thor can defeat thanos and his 6 stones but he can't beat hela then hela can beat thanos. Hela is immune to the hammer then the axe is no exception

Darren Cross in Antman 1 had a great over the top death. It wasn't gory but it was scarier, he was shrinking endlessly. Maybe not "death" per se, but scary ass fate. But then they retconned this with MODOK. A stupid villain.

Wanda vs illuminati would be most brutal and it was even more brutal in the og script's fight

Quicksilvers death was sad but seems unlikely given his super speed I understand he sacrificed himself to save Hawkeye and the kid but still a lame way for him to die.

To this day I still can’t forgive Hank Pym for killing Hulk like that.

@@jimbo9208 Over the top means excessive, extreme and outrageous. Most of these just aren't that. Stane gets blown up, like most other villains. Shocker just gets singed to ash. Nothing too over the top there. If his death was slower or more violent, I'd agree. Ramonda drowns. Tragic, but not over the top. Ajak gets the life slowly drained out of her, it's not like the deviants tore her to pieces. Not over the top. Tony's parents get beaten to death. That could happen to you if you cross the wrong guy at a bar. It's not like they're torn apart or their heads are crushed. Not over the top. Thanos and the librarian get decapitated. While that may be over the top in real life, not so much in movies. Gamora gets thrown off a cliff. If she exploded into a bloody pulp at the bottom, I'd agree that would be over the top, but she didn't. Happy gets a repulser to the head. No different than any other zombie getting shot in the head. Loki gets strangled. Darth Vader did that to the captain of the ship at the beginning of A New Hope and nobody calls that over the top. May's death is just tragic, but not over the top. This video tries to claim that Goblin also blew her up but he didn't. He blew up the parking lot outside the building. Quicksilver just gets shot. Nothing over the top there either.

I wanted to ask Reed where else Blackbolt's whisper would come from, but...

Almost 15 years into the MCU, the world has seen several characters suffer a terrible fate and die, These are just some of the most brutal ones.

Iron man death was the most painful one

I think thanos death is even sadder when nebula touches his blood because she has never felt the warmth of his touch

All in all, if Disney wasn’t involved in Marvel, I’m pretty sure that the entire MCU would’ve been all rated R and WAY much more brutal.
