I’ll tell ya that Disney human highschool bullies should be at the bottom of the list. Seriously how is a “military school bully” worse than lord dominator who literally destroys galaxies. Please tell me what your thought process was with this

I will forever consider Emperor Bellos and Bill Cipher to be the scariest and most intimidating villains in Disney. Bellos goes to extreme lengths to commit genocide, kills thousands of clones of his brother, whom he had already murdered, and becomes a literal monster inside and out. Bill cipher is the pure definition of a psychopath, he burned down his entire dimension because he was bored and has tainted the entire universe by his very existence. Bill has committed so many crimes and has tortured so many that you’d be insane not to rank him near the top.

I jsut finished the owl house a couple days ago. Emperor Belos hits hard. But Bill will forever be the one who hits the hardest because he was teh first of that trope. That whole episode in Belos's mind gave me chills.

In my honest opinion, I believe Belos is one of the scariest, most intimidating villain of all time. He is even historically accurate and that makes him all the more terrifying. I never felt such fear until Belos came into the picture.

I completely agree. In my personal opinion, I would rate him top 1

I could easily watch an entire spin off about any of the Villain Kids, especially Uma. I'd really love to get to know more about her backstory, rivalry with Mal. China McClain gave a charismatic performance, arguably better than the movies deserved. ❤️

Me too because dang, Obake was going to destroy San Fransokyo with no remorse while Zhan Tiri was waiting centuries to destroy Corona; both of them though were great at manipulation, which is a trait I feel a lot of great villains should have.😳

I thought number 1 would be Bill Cipher and number 2 would be Emperor Belos. And choosing Curator Ponds over The Core/Darcy? And not even include The Chairman (The Ghost and Molly McGee) as an honorable mention?

i think bill should be because he brought destruction and had the ability to bring otherworld demons and messed made maple and few other characters stuck in another reality and dont forget he was also very powerful

Unbelievable!

What makes curator ponds interesting is that he is this universe‘s version of grunkle Stan, making him a dark reflection of what Stan could have been if dipper and Mabel were never there for his life.

How is the Curator on this list, but not King Andrias? The enormous ruler of Newtopia, decended from a long line of conquerors, who's kept himself alive for over 1000 years in order to get his hands on the Calamity Box. And once he does, he reveals himself for the tyrant he is, turns Amphibia into a polluted, post apocalyptic nightmare, and tries to take over Earth and wipe out human life. He also nearly kills Marcy, and forcibly turns her into the host for the Core. I don't know, all that just seems more intimidating than turning people into wax statues.

To be fair Andrias wasn’t born as bad guy His father and Core manipulated him that his friends would turn against him And sure when Leif stole The box it did broke Andrais’s heart but she also made sure that Earth invasion didn’t happen early

Sharpay must have extreme back pain from carrying the entire franchise. She was easily the most compelling character, villain or not!

Demona And David Xanatos From "Gargoyles" Has Always Been My Favorite Disney Villains From A Television Series Even Jonathan Frank and Marina Sirtis Did A Great Job Voicing Them.

Doof wanted to give Vanessa the childhood he never had didn’t want her to have as close a tragic one as he did 😢

Bill is the best villain in Disney and is probably one of the greatest villains of all time, along with Belos. He definitely deserved that number 1 spot. Belos probably should have been on the top 5 instead. I do like that Chip Whistler actually made it onto this list. But how the heck is King Andrias or the Core not on this list, but the Cuartor is!?

I would live to see a villain team up between Bill Cipher and Emperor Belos.

Emperor Belos is a great Disney Channel villain. He’s very terrifying because there’s people in the real world who are just like him. He’s very much a bigot and of course he’s a witch hunter. Some of my friends told me he’s a puritan which is like an religious fundamentalist but extremely bigoted towards people who are different but they’re extremely bigoted towards women. He’s basically Judge Claude Frollo from Disney’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Emperor Belos is a great villain though.

I guess another reason they chose Curator Ponds over The Core/Darcy is because he's smarter since they're a collection of Amphibia's greatest minds but didn't want to make a chordless power source after becoming Darcy

Belos is by far my favorite disney villains. And what adds to his evil is the fact that he killed the main character albeit temporarily, his death was so satisfying as well. Also I think The Core or King Andrias from Amphibia deserved to be on this list

They were best friends. Then Uma left Mal and Mal dumped shrimps onto Uma. Ever since that incident, Uma smelt like shrimps and hence earned the nickname(which i find cute), SHRIMPY!(and Harry takes Gil out and tells him off). Also, Mal said in Descendants "we didn't really date on the Isle. It was more gang activity".

I totally agree

Upon The Owl House ending, to many, this is the end of an era of Disney TVA storytelling (Gravity Falls, Amphibia, and The Owl House really influenced the genre). Big City Greens, Molly McGee, and Moon Girl are currently the most popular shows holding the channel's content up (and I love all of them), but we'll see how the channel progresses.

Toffee from Star Vs. should have been on this list.

Bill Cipher and Emperor Belos are top tier.

Tess is someone who should have gotten her own movie. She genuinely wants to be a star so her mom would notice her. Plus her mom only appearing in a nonspeaking role makes said mom look even worse.

Uma is by far my favorite! I named my daughter after her 😂

One great example of Kate's humanity in Lizzie McGuire is when she points out to Lizzie Gordo's feelings for her.

Belos should be #1 on this list. What is even more scary is the fact that there are real people who even to this day wish to kill people who do not fit into their perverted ideals. And it is for that reason Belos is truly the scariest and greatest of the Disney Villains, not just one from the Disney Channel. But dare I say that I think he is one of the Greatest Villains in all of media.

I like how some of the villains can be too intense. Especially for Bill Cipher!👁️

I think Val from Brink is also a great contender for one of the best Disney Channel villains. He was one of the OGs in such an underrated movie. He literally was the ultimate rival to the main character and even ended up hurting one of the main characters pretty badly.

Sharpay,Shego, and Zumba are my top 3 favorites because of some obvious reasons and some not 😅

What I like about xanatus is that he is a affably evil and treats Goliath and his clan with respect as if they are friends. He even defended them from his bodyguards saying they are always welcome to come.

I’ve heard every time Nega-Duck laughs, four puppies die. I can believe it.😳 Also, I love that they recognized Shego was the real threat to Kim Possible over Dr. Drakken.😅

To me, Bill - and, by extension, Gravity Falls - kinda influenced Disney TVA villains that followed. Lord Dominator (Wander Over Yonder), Toffee (Star vs), the Core (Amphibia), Belos (The Owl House) - they are nowhere near as powerful as him, but their ambitions and personalities to me make them just as awesome as Bill.

What about King Andrias? He has one of the most emotional redemption arcs in animated history.

Wanted to wring Zhan Tiri's neck so many times whenever she manipulated Cassandra and ruined her and Rapunzel's friendship. One of the most hateful villains Disney ever created IMO.

I think of Sharpay as more of an antagonistic diva than a villain. She wanted what she wanted and didn't stop until she got it.

I think it’s rather strange to not have Bill Cipher and Emperor Belos in 1st and 2nd place they are straight out pure evil committing mass genocide and even more atrocious crimes. And what’s worse is that Uma gets the 1st place don’t get me wrong she’s a enjoyable character but not even worthy of being in the top 20 let alone in the 1st place but I mean Disney doesn’t have that many villains that feel truly villainous. Xanatos & Belos should’ve been a tad bit higher imo. They both took the line “I’ll always come back” a bit too seriously. Xanatos did everything he could no matter where he was to mess w/ the cast, he was ruthless & actually intimidated me. Meanwhile Belos was the literal Hitler of the show. Attempting genocide, killing his brother, abusing Hunter, consuming countless palisman, possession, the list goes on. “Hollow Mind” really sealed the deal w/ how sinister he was. So glad he died a satisfyingly pathetic death.

Who I thought should’ve been on the list: King Andrias The Core Magica De Spell Lunaris Bradford Buzzard L’il Gideon Audrey The Chairman But I can agree with MANY of their picks

I like it better if China McClain is better off as an antagonist. She played Uma in Descendants sequels and Sheena in KC Undercover.

I am surprised that chip is that low on the list. To me, he is one of the most realistic villains out there: He is a person that doesn‘t learn from his consequences and instead keeps blaming the greens for all the bad things that are happening in his life, Something people in real life do too, making him like a everyday villain
