I need to watch Alice Sweet Alie. My non-Horror fan wife recently told me that she knew that movie. The Exorcist is Gospel form me. That TCM VHS is sweet. You can't go wrong with Phantasm. I just watched it again recently. I LOVE that movie. Great video, Joe.

Great list! Man, there were some fantastic films that decade. I need to get that restored "Silent Night, Bloody Night." The only print I've ever seen looks like it went through a car wash.

Awesome List! Alice Sweet Alice barely missed my list. The Exorcist, Suspiria, Tourist Trap, Jaws 2, Black Christmas, and Dawn of the Dead are Great. Excellent # 1 Phantasm is a Gem. Awesome Video and Take Care My Friend!

Great list! I really couldn’t get into Eraserhead but need to give it another watch. The Exorcist, Suspiria, Alien, TCM, Tales From The Crypt and Halloween are all favourites of mine

Nice Top 20 and nice to see The Asphix here and it's been a long time since I've seen that and think it's rare but I could be wrong. I used to have that Wickerman wood box set! House is a great one but it just missed my list! Definitely hard to pick a favorite story from TFTC and that's a classic for sure! I still haven't seen Massacre at Central High! LOL Love how you love Jaws 2 over the original but that's your opinion and I can respect that! Great video! I forgot to add two great ones but oh well!

Love all your picks too but I love the omen so I would of had to of put that in there

I don't hate The Exorcist, but I don't love it either and it's not one that I can watch very often. Glad to see Tourist Trap and Tales from the Crypt on your list. My favourite story in Tales is Blind Alley. I knew Massacre at Central High would be on your list. Alien, TCM, Black Christmas, Dawn of the Dead and Halloween are all amazing. I had a bad feeling you'd have Phantasm at number 1....Grrrrr, haha. A few here I havn't seen. Great list, Joe.

Yeah, I couldn’t validate ranking The Exorcist any higher. It has some definite pacing issues. I feel a lot could have been cut off of the runtime without hindering the movie. I had a feeling you might say something about Phantasm. Haha! Thanks, Andrew!

I love your list of movies here. I've seen most of them. Absolutely loved Tourist Trap. I finally got to see it last year. Very underrated slasher, and, for PG, it was pretty darn scary. Halloween and Phantasm are also longtime favorites of mine. Can you please tell me what the movie is that is in your thumbnail? Awesome video, as always. Thank you 😎😎😎😎😎

I knew Phantasm would be on top. Great list. Nice to see Alice Sweet Alice in There. Tales from the crypt is one of the best anthology films. Never seen Silent Night, Bloody Night. Awesome video!

Awesome list Joe. Alice sweet Alice almost made my list. Eraserhead is not a favorite of mine. The Wicker man was so close. I need to give house another try. Don't be afraid of the dark is so much fun. Never seen the iron rose, definitely need to pick it up. Massacre at central high almost made my list as well. Yeah black Christmas. Snbn is amazing. Eraserhead is divisive for sure. I did not like it the first time I watched it, but after subsequent viewings, it sort of made an impression and I couldn’t exclude it from this list. The Iron Rose is awesome. It’s very different, but extremely atmospheric. I love doing these Top 20s! Can’t wait for the next one, buddy!
