I'm still sad about how Nintendo hasn't made a licensed plush of a Luma. These star creatures are precious little pillows.
Nanako Dojima from persona 4. She is so precious and full of joy even when she has a rough upbringing.

Im a sucker for cats, so Id say Morgana from P5 is also real cute. But...i can see how he could also make a top 20 annoying characters list. Navi would be #1 on that one though.

I think Toon Link should have been somewhere on the list. Toon Link was initially mocked by some in the Zelda community when he was first shown but Windwaker has aged so well that it still looks great today 20 years later.

I think Mega Man would make it at the list too. The fact that Mega Man is built after a young child makes my heart go Doki Doki! That’s just my opinion.

What a great theme for a list! I'll go with Moogles and the cat from Stray.
Great list. In addition to Chao, I'd put Tails, Cream, Amy and Blaze from the Sonic games on this list too. In addition to Yoshi, I'd put Toad, Koopa Troopa and Birdo from the Mario games on this list as well.
Fun Fact: Kirby’s design was initially a placeholder. But the designers loved it so much the placeholder became his final design.

He was also named after the lawyer that helped Nintendo through their lawsuit with Universal: Jack Kirby. His suction attack brought to light the Kirby vacuum cleaner company.

what makes Isebella even more adorable is her friendship with the Doom Slayer/Guy. I would also like to add to the list the cuttlefish from Subnautica and KeA from Trails from Zero and Azure especially in her penguin costume in Azure.

Tails is the cutest of all and that’s it! He exudes joy and warmth, he is beautiful, smart and fluffy and has two magnificent tails. He should definitely be in that list, not only be mentioned…

Milla from "Freedom Planet" definitely deserves a spot on this list due to her cute design and personality, though the same thing could also be said about her friends Lilac and Carol, and I love the character so much that I actually became shocked by the part of the game where (SPOILER ALERT) Milla gets turned into a monstrous creature by Lord Brevon, forcing Lilac and Carol to fight her as a boss.
I was not disappointed in the slightest by number 1.
Me: 30th anniversary of Kirby? Watchmojo: Declares Kirby as the cutest Me: Aww... amazing end to an amazing year for Kirby. Not only did Kirby and the Forgotten Land win an award at the Game Awards but Watchmojo declared Kirby as the cutest video game character.
My favorite cutest video game character is Isabella from animal crossing

The moment BD-1 was included on the list, I couldn't believe just how many adorable characters we came to know about all across the Star Wars universe, including droids like R2-D2 and baby characters like Grogu and baby Ahsoka. We have Kirby again. At number 1 for the 2nd time. 😊 We all knew we love Kirby so much that they love him so much. Thanks again for put Kirby at the number 1 spot again. You know I’m a huge fan of Kirby for last 11 years ago.

Eevee is definitely deserving to be 3rd Place. Pikachu may be the mascot of Pokémon and the one in Smash Bros, but Eevee just looks more cuddly and safe to hold on to without getting electrocuted. (Unless they're Jolteon of course.) But I gotta be honest, Pokémon has plenty of Adorable creatures that deserve their own Top 20 List.

The Moogles were perfect…until they were given voices. Instead of Kupo Nuts being an aphrodisiac for them, they became an addiction that they can’t seem to go without ending a sentence on.

I never played It Takes Two, but I vaguely remember how dark it is. Just by the clips shown, poor Cutie 😢 It hurts more when you remember elephants are pretty universally loved animals.

Frankly if my parents tried to make me cry by destroying my favorite toy and they were toys I can come up with several ways to punish them for it none of which they would survive, throwing them in the fireplace, flushing them down the toilet getting a new pet pitbull and letting it have it's way with them or gathering on the sharp objects I can get my hands on and performing some surgery with them fully aware and awake for the dissection are all fitting fates for them, because that would be proof they didn't love me and should be gotten rid of ASAP.

I feel sorry for both parties. Cody and May just wanted out of being dolls and thought rose’s tears would get them out. But it didn’t work, meaning it was all for nought, and that they had to fix what was broken, that being their relationship.

Surprised Clank wasn't mentioned. The way he always looks at you with those big green eyes, his polite speaking manner, and cheeky little laugh. Still, we did at least get a couple of cute robots mentioned.

Kirby is cute and all, but Yoshi gets my top vote. My niece would agree. I got her a purple one for Christmas, she was still cuddling with it when I left for work this morning.
For special matters I have one of the cutest video game characters that I love and appreciate very much who should've been on the list or an honorable mention and will always have a special place in my heart and that's Classic Megaman.

Big Kirby fan here, for both his unbeatable cuteness as well as his nearly infinite power. Other cute characters that should have been mentioned are Ori from the Ori series, Cupil from Skies of Arcadia, Bunnie from Xenosaga, the Nopon race from Xenoblade Chronicles, Lolo & Lala from The Adventures of Lolo, the Palicos from Monster Hunter, the Djinn from Golden Sun, a few characters from the Fire Emblem games like Florina from Blazing Blade, Amelia from Sacred Stones, Sumia from Awakening, Elise from Fates, Flayn from Three Houses, and female Alear and Veyle from Engage, and Data from Mega Man Legends.
Kirby was obviously top tier, but I'm surprised jiggly puff wasn't on this list.
