Today's video is kind of a remake of a top 10 video I've done a two years ago, this time I decided to make it a top 20, the list is obviously my opinion, to make the list I considered: gameplay, mechanics, how cool is the moveset, originality, how balanced the char is, how good the sprites and effects look, and even how much I like the character outside of mugen.
