What about a waiver for no vaccines? Any success in approval?

What was the reason you filed for the I601?

Can l-601A waivers roll over to a different case . My mom filed for me and I was granted a waiver and was waiting for my interview but I got married and filed to through my partner and I just got my interview in Mexico 🇲🇽 do I need to file for another waiver or can I used the one from my previous case ?

If you get married during the fiancee visa process your fiancee visa petition is no longer valid and you would need to file a spousal petition.

Thank you. K-1 visa dinied because of previous ban 12yrs ago (misrepresentation) So we have to get a 1-601 waiver first then start a spousal visa process all over ??? I’m traumatized with the time 😢

Are your married to a US citizen or Green Card holder or do you have a US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident child. If so, you may be eligible for an exceptional hardship waiver.

What if your beneficiary is abroad and had their 1st interview and was told he needed a 601 what documents do I need to include? Immigration or consulate already has our letters, pictures ,and approved NVC and i-797.

You always talk about if the person is in the US already but what about if they're abroad and never been to the United States? Please talk about the I-601 if abroad.

i fill i 601 in 2022 on november and i get reciept number but until now i never get any feedback like reciept notice so what i must do

You can check your case status online by going to the uscis website and typing in the receipt number on the case status page or by contacting USCIS.

An I601 waiver is different than the I-602 application.
