What got to me was the scene in ‘Your Lie In April’ when Kaori went into cardiac arrest. I’m being treated myself for a heart condition, including a non-invasive procedure. The realization that she had a very short time hit home very hard. 😭😭. Another thing for connecting to the story is that I have a daughter that is 16.
