Great vid, Amin!

I got Tabac yesterday I think I'm liking it so far, but it's definitely far from the real thing, however for the price I can't complain. The tabaco feels synthetic and smokier than in the Dior. Tabac is sweeter and more cloying, and also dries down to a more generic oriental with tobacco and gourmand notes. I think it's more true to Tobacolor when it's applied in clothes. It enhances the smoke so it differs in that way, but it tones down the sweetness and generic dry down, you can perceive more individual notes and therefore can more easily identify it as a Tobacolor clone. Again, seems like I'm complaining but for the $30 I paid I couldn't be happier. Ok I could, if it was closer lol, but I am indeed really happy with the deal. I also have the Ombre Nomade clone. I haven't smelled the LV so I can't compare, all I can say is that I confirmed that maceration works, I didn't before just because I hadn't had a fragrance change within the course of a couple months, but this has. From one day to another I started heavily picking up the raspberries with the sweetness from the resins, before it was just smoke, leather and synthetic oud. Performance is average and the deeep dry down is still a chemical mess. Talking about the deep dry down, I should mention that after several hours wearing Tabac I get a patchouli nuance because I'm left with a dirty chocolate vibe but not in a good way, and one that I've only experienced when wearing other heavy patchouli fragrances. Need further testing with both fragrances. Some quick last thoughts about other Maison Alhambra fragrances I've tried but not bought. - Megara (Megamare): I loved it, fundamentally a musky fragrance with an aquatic top and a very slight "egg" feel in the mid and dry down, but enjoyable. It removes the annoying Algae note from Megamare so I actually prefer the clone. - Bright Peach (Bitter Peach): I have a big decant of this. Haven't smelled the Tom Ford. This is a sweet photorealistic synthetic peach (think the type that comes in cans) that's incredibly long lasting and projecting. Bit annoying in the summer, excellent in winter. Unfortunately it's not my thing. This is the only one that's worth mentioning from the Tom Ford clones because it's the only one I've tried as a decant and or tried the original fragrance. I've tried almost all the other clones but only briefly and I also wasn't experienced with the real thing so I can't comment about anything. - Layden (Layton): enjoyable but doesn't last. If it doesn't last I can't really compare it to the Pdm. Seems to be a general complaint and probably the reason why this isn't more popular. - The Artist N1 (Portrait of a Lady): I had the same problem I had with the FM, I almost can't smell it at all after a few minutes. I compared both at the same time.From whatever I could smell, the MA was definitely less complex, just meh. - The Artist N2 (Promise): I also compared the two at the same time. Nose blindness seems to be a problem for me that comes from the choice of raw materials used by Frederic Malle across his entire range, because I also couldn't smell Promise. I could however smell N2, too much actually. It's SO strong and heavy on notes that I don't particularly enjoy that I couldn't tolerate it more than a couple hours and ended up being a scrubber. I tested it at a local store where a lot of people were smelling it, and it turned out to be a big love it or hate it fragrance. Too sweet, too fruity, too animalic, too damn strong. - The Tux: I haven't smelled the YSL and only remember Moustache from several months ago. I can just say that it's enjoyable, feels more elegant than Moustache, elegant in general actually, and smells more expensive than what it is. Longevity was about 4 hours which is why I kind of dismissed it. This week I want to try other clones of the Dior Prive line, Grise (Dior Gris) and Purple Woods (Purple Oud). I've also tried to hunt down MA Infini Rose (Atomic Rose) without success.

Glad to see someone else likes Kismet Angel as much as I do. And Fire Your Desire is another excellent fragrance in that style. FYI, Sceptre is pronounced "SEP-TER."

Rose petal is the best in Tom Ford line. Try it. You will fall in love with it.

I can't believe you didn't include The Tux...it's such an exact clone of YSL Tuxedo, you literally can't tell the 2 apart, and it practically makes Mustache, and the original Tuxedo obsolete!!!

Perseus and Zaffiro Cradted oud are pure magic. Absolutely amazing. The performance is great, projection is awesome. I still need to get Tabac. The Neroli is also great but very unique. Projection is beast mode for days. The amber and leather I feel is okay. Not as good as the others.

I got the tobacco touch couple of days ago…it started quite rough with that dry tobacco smell coming strong as the top notes…but with time it’s getting better…i am getting the other spices, vanilla and the tobacco mix is now coming way better at the dry down..i think it just needs some time to settle….I would suggest ppl to check out Zara’s tobacco line esp the Warm black original ( dark brown bottle with the gradient fading below)..it’s more approachable and has a beautiful Red cherry tobacco vanilla with autumn spices mix..an absolute underrated gem… I can’t find tux , spectre, kismet angel, khamrah in BD…Can you suggest where I can get those

The clarity is better without the wireless mic, it gets boomy past a certain volume level. However the wired mic you hold in hand sounds good.

Paris corner scents are good in terms of the scents themselves, they dupe the scents they copy almost to a T. Problem is projection and longevity. Crap. Only a few scents have sub-descent longevity and for this reason I keep off.

It is more expensive , but imo. Turathi Blue is the best Tygar clone out there . Others are fine , but Turathi is of better quality .

It is good but it is subtle and doesn’t project a lot, which it is quite opposite from what Tygar is known for. However that makes it more wearable for office or indoor settings because it is not loud… I let mine macerated for over a month and never noticed any improvement

To me, "The Tux" + " Porto Neroli" + "Jean Löwe Immortal / Ombre" are the most accurate clones ever made. You cannot go wrong with my Alhambra top list.

I am kicking myself for not getting a backup of Neroli Portifino before the hype and DC. It was selling for $25 CAD which is like $10 USD.. lol. now they are over-priced (PLEASE DO NOT OVER PAY on the Reseller Market). I am hoping and would be business wise for Lattafa/Alhmabra to just rebottle these Tom Fords into something less Tom Ford and hopefully keep the same quality juice.
