TOP 15 HIGHLY Secure Prisons
Ойын-сауық
Despite increasing numbers of rehabilitation programs being run by countries around the world, there's no escaping the fact that some people commit crimes that are so severe it's no longer safe to risk them re-entering society. Capable of committing violent acts, and often sentenced to many decades behind bars or even given the death penalty, impenetrable facilities have to be built to hold them and eliminate any risk of them leaving before they've served their time. It's time to travel the world to visit some of the most heavily monitored, isolated, and defended facilities of all… as we look at the top 15 most secure prisons on earth.

I'm pretty disappointed the dutch EBI (Extra Beveiligde Inrichting = Extra Secured Facility) - also known as Nieuw Vosseveld - didn't make the list. It's a prison within a prison, used for the Netherlands' most dangerous or high-escape-risk inmates. More info on the Wikipedia page: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nieuw_Vosseveld

Carstairs is a secure mental hospital not a prison; anyone who escapes is an immediate public danger hence the need for sirens. It is the secure mental hospital for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

America has a for profit judicial system that's why. We lock up more people than Russia, China and North Korea combined.. for the dumbest shit ever, failure to pay parking fines = jail, smoked a joint = jail, pissed in an alley = jail. Welcome to America. Talk to the congressman that support privatized jails in their constituency. Spoiler alert it's a lot of them. Read the constitution, upon further review most jails and prisons are unconstitutional let alone war crimes. Read a book people Jesus christ.

Seems to be a recurring theme, put a bunch of violent people that are capable of murder into one place, and then wonder why there's homicides and fights breaking out. Do we expect these violent people to just be peaceful now that they're in a confined space? I certainly don't.

Camp Delta is first off a POW facility. And besides the Military Prison at Fort Leavenworth Kansas, it is guarded by infantry Company's, as well as M.P.s And an M.P. is a grunt with a badge and automatic weapon. Nobody to fuck with. And Delta has been moved, not closed. POW's do not have the same rights a civilian prisoners. A POW is not a criminal, and gets no trial. He is released after hostilities cease. POW's get no T V, can not be made to work, no prison jobs,
I would argue that the United States in of itself, is “the most secure prison in the world, not because the United States has the most prisons, but mainly because most don’t even know that their no-low-income-project ghetto concentration camp housing, disguised as affordable housing is actually a prison, let alone knowing what compels them to eventually do, whatever they do to loose what little freedom they had! #SafetyShouldntBeASecretServiceReservedExclusivelyForThePresidentCelebritiesRoyaltyAndOrTheinstutionalized
