My top 5 fav movies: 5. Raiders of the Lost Ark - an example of a perfect intro 4. Forrest Gump - inspiring 3. Revenge of the Sith tied with Empire strikes back- love how it set up the OT and best lightsaber fights. On the other hand, the twist in ESB was something else. 2. Endgame - peak Marvel in my opinion, emotional roller coaster, best final battle in MCU, to name a few reasons (saying that as a diehard marvel fan) 1. Return of the King - an example of a perfect conclusion, and also most inspirational among the rest. (I’m also a fan of LOTR, but this feels more emotional and inspiring than the rest of my top 5) These are just my personal favorites, so please be respectful when replying. I’d appreciate it.

As I'm starting to type I've not finished the video, but I wanted to mention something before I forget about it. (Not that I have a short attention span, I have a lot on my mind right now. My pup is sick so she's the priority on my mind.) What I find funny/interesting about what you said on the Avengers movies: A year and a half ago, I hadn't seen any of the MCU movies except I think one or two (and a half maybe), and had been spoiled a lot of the important landmarks (like IW and Endgame's endings/twists). I ended up doing a marathon of all the movies the day after Christmas 2020, all of that in four days. Of course it didn't hit me as much as if I were going it blind, but IW and Endgame were great movies. Now it's been about a year I've used both movies to help me fall asleep. Every night I put them on a playlist and go to bed. And to finally go back to what you said, if I wake up during the last hour of Endgame, I'll rewind it to the beginning of that last hour and watch I again because it's so great to watch. I hope anyone who read through it didn't find my rambling too atrocious. Cheers from France! 🍻

The theatre experience for Infinity War/Endgame was probably the best theatre experience I've ever been in, I heard so many grown men cry that day!

Just found you guys. Congratulations on your success. Enjoyed the top 15. I think one of the reason you like some movies so well is because they have several things going on like action romance and comedy all in the same movie. Since you both like time travel films I highly recommend Somewhere in time with Christopher Reeve and Time after Time. Malcom McDowell plays H. G. Wells chasing Jack the Ripper back thru time to present day. Both of these are awesome movies. Continued success on your channel.

The Prestige is an underrated gem of a movie

I think the Mandalorian is going to become Star Wars for me after what the sequel trilogy became….the prequels are special even if not perfect, but the original trilogy will always be great. That being said I’m with your wife in understanding why The Mandalorian is her favorite. I love the Mandalorian as well. So I completely get her reasons. But Empire Strikes back is my favorite of the original trilogy!!

I believe i have heard Cody Leach talk about your channel and i have been meaning to come watch some videos. I am here and subscribed. I love your passion and conviction for what you love. Im a young(er) Dad as well, 37, and i love showing my three kids movies and seeing all three of their different perspectives on them. Anyways. Very good list. The first time I noticed a tv vs a dvd version difference was with Kingsman 1, we saw it in a hotel on tv and really liked it. A while later we bought the blu-ray and my mom was appalled at how much different it was (cussing and violence).

Hey Sean, I was curious if you have ever watched Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles. If you haven't checked it out before make sure to give it a shot. For me it's the only piece of Terminator media that matches up to the first two movies and I consider it to be essential viewing for any fan of the first two Terminator mvoies.

My ranking of Seans top 15: 1 - Batman Begins, The Dark Knight (TDK Rises is my favorite😅) 2 - Rocky (I prefer Rocky Balboa) 3 - Infinity War and Endgame (like Iron Man and GotG, but not enough to be above the other movies on the list) 4 - Terminator 2 Judgment Day 5 - Jurassic Park 6 - Raiders of the Lost Arc and Last Crusade (Temple of Doom is my favorite) 7 - Back to the Future 8 - Aliens 9 - Warrior 10 - Ghostbusters 11 - Die Hard 12 - Inception 13 - New Hope and the Empire Strikes Back (Return of the Jedi is my favorite) 14 - Superman 1 and 2 15 - Star Trek 2-4-6 (I prefer the Chris Pine iteration)

It’s awesome to see your wife again on here! I just remember all the times she would read off comments during your life streams every time you would finish an episode of the flash and have a Q&A right after. You’ve grown so much since then!
