yo thanks for the suggestion... i started watching these from the first one before the channel was made... and i mentioned these videos to a friend (i stopped watching youtube a few years around when the chennel was made) ... i figured they would still be good vids (this one is weight lifting heavy, that's new) ... I wanted to know which ones were the best to watch .... I will look up 11.... thank you kind person
That one arm dead lift over the head was definitely way above average nice to see.

Yeah, but the nonsymmetrical loading in the spine is worrying. Long term damage would be a concern...

@@dan4653 Say what long-term damage from doing what? I'm thinking about the long-term problems that occur from being soft lazy out of shape over fed under nourished in inhaling polluted air drinking using contaminated water or even treated water still has over 125 different impurities.

It seems that these people are from another planet because in normal life we do not see these kind of acts. But i must say This gave me goosebumps. It's really so amazing!!!!!

It is good to see so many demonstrating a body awareness self-control that suggest confirms and validates being able to enjoy one's physical freedom. Too bad most are content living dying off having only used the smallest percentage of a fraction of the true potential they were first born with even worse this reckless self-neglect has been exacerbated by global pollution.
