I didn't forget about him, he just can't beat anyone on this list. Would be cool if he had returned with an Ursaluna or something and proved himself to be champion level, though. I'd put him above the likes of Tobias, Arezu, Kamado, etc. in that case.

I know it's for the enternainiment but you got things very wrong, first of all ash and leon (anime) is much weaker than you think (even he had ash-greninja and stuff he is still no match against many pokemon trainers from the games specially if we are talking about the main characters in the game such like red, brendan, elio, victor and etc... unless plot decides to help ash's), second rei should be the first place because that boy is challenge arceus alone (even it's a avatar but that feat alone scales him to be the strongest) "but ash's pikachu did hurt arceus as well" arceus wasn't aware about it's surrounding and it got caught by the thunderbolt while arceus on legends was fully aware of everything, third: red should scaled higher and florian should be scaled lower, even florian have koraidon/miraidon on his side... he is no match against oponnents such as brendan and specially victor.

Red has been stated multiple times to be the strongest there is in auxiliary media such as Pokemon Masters. While he should be weaker than Gold/Kris/Nate/Rosa/Elio/Selene etc. I guess he grows stronger to still be the strongest trainer.

if you go by masters story then the protagonist there is stronger than red seeing as they beat his team in the finals and by that logic ash is the strongest trainer in the franchise seeing as he beat the protagonist of masters who beat red @@HeroScale

One of the legendaries destroyed a meteor that would’ve annihilated the Earth completely with a single attack so most of the higher tier Pokemon are easily moon level, especially when controlled by a trainer who can bring out their full potential. The trainers who possess two or more Pokemon around this level should be able to take on Raditz easily by that scaling imo.

Tobias is the biggest fraud lmao, he might have won in the sinnoh league but later lost to cynthia cuz she still had her Champion title. Ash defeated cynthia during journeys so by default ash and leon are stronger than tobias.
