@@thegodkoryo he never said its a low end pc game , he said , if you follow his steps and follow his pc optimization video's , then you can play GTA V on low settings with upto 30 FPS . I followed his optimization video and now cyberpunk 2077 Runs on my 6gb ram pc with only just 1gb vram . I had also done it in my old pc and GTA V ran on it which had no GPU .

its more than just an "list"

A lot of people missing the point here about gameplay icu stating that this is for low spec pc's and laptops. Computer parts have evolved so far in the current day and age that a lot of people consider a gtx 750ti a "low spec" card. This might not be true for most people (especially in third world countries) as they have a different view on low end cards, mostly even lower end "graphics cards" or igpus. The video audience of this is probably for people within the intel hd 520-gtx 700 series card range as all of it can be considered "low spec". One more thing I'd like to add is that ram isn't everything lmao. SO many people whining on this person's other videos and this one as well that it won't run well without (insert amount) of ram with absolutely no consideration for their cpu or for their gpu/igpu. Watch a video about computers and how they work before attempting to spit facts here. A good combination between an amd athlon cpu and it's integrated vega 3 with 4 gb of ram could outperform a badly put together "gaming pc". Some people just have bottlenecked setups and there's no way to get around it other than upgrading or swapping out their current parts. So if you have specs worse than what the description/the games here has stated go watch his "low end" videos instead of the "low spec" videos.
