Surprised Steve Bucknor is only featured once here. I was expecting at least 8 appearances
Steve Buckner is the worst umpire compared with all umpires
The two decisions given by the third umpires - the run out by Kalu and the catch by Inzi were not umpire mistakes. They were basically match fixing.. period
Steve be like: I am always willing to give out Sachin
The fact that all 10 are not Steve Bucknor decisions automatically proves that these cannot be the worst 10.
Steve bucknor had no eyes.. Thats why he wore black glasses always
Umpires like steve buckner are the reason that review system is introduced
England audience when England team get bad umpiring “ boooo” but when other team undergo bad umpiring “yeaaaah”
Instead of so much filters and sorting just get all the Steve Bucknors umpiring decisions to Sachin Tendulkar.. I'm sure not even one will be fair 🤣🤣🤣🤦♂️
And thus we have DRS.
I once saw David Gower in an ODI get out first ball exactly the same way as the Flintoff one. Gower just smiled and walked off without a fuss. Absolute class.
I used to umpire park level cricket. This guy's gone for a glance down leg side, and as far as I saw missed it by as much as Flintoff did his. But there was a noticeable noise. Not surprisingly the fielding side went up and I said not out. Which they weren't happy about. But I was sure he didn't hit it and the noise wasn't woody. Found out later it was the rubber grip on his bat that he had rolled down unrolling and popping back into place with a snap. The fella ended up making a ton, too his first every, so he was pretty happy.
Amazing that Flintoff meekly walked after that bizarre decision. Knowing him, one would have expected him to raise at least an eyebrow in protest.
I'm surprised Justin Langer's non dismissal in Hobart in '99 wasn't on here. He smashed the cover off it and went on to score a century.
Number 2, the Shane Warne one is out. Not offering a shot so it doesn’t have to pitch in line or hit in line with the stumps and looked like it was going onto the stumps.
Superb
I can sorta understand the Keith Arthurton one. No shot offered, and to me the ball is gonna come back just enough. But the rest are terrible
How can the 3rd umpires still give them out?? With the benefit of replays??
6, 5 and 3 were poor umpiring calls. No 1 was abysmal by the fielder who will have known they dropped the ball and still appealed. The others were before there was a chance to review decisions. In fact it was these kind of dismissals that reviews were brought in to be able to ensure the right one is made.
Some times in our real life we too suffer from these kind of persons
