Home Alone is a holiday classic. Home Sweet Home Alone is movie we didn't ask for, much less need. We didn't even need Home Alone 3 (which I liked as a kid), Home Alone: Taking Back the House or Home Alone: The Holiday Heist. So why did we need Home Sweet Home Alone? It doesn't need a reboot or a sequel. I say just leave the Home Alone series...home alone.

Well, in all honestly, Bruce Willis has left his acting chop stranded somewhere in the wilderness for almost 2 decades. He is basically coasting and sleepwalk through all the movies he was in for years. Just collecting paycheck to paycheck. You see him more often in B-movie varieties than solid A blockbusters nowadays.

As someone on the autism spectrum I agree that a movie that tries to tackle that subject matter without understanding it deserves bad reviews.

I actually really like Chaos Walking, I thought it was fun and I always like watching Tom Holland in movies, plus it made me want to read the books, which says something

@@alexmeyer5260 Maybe but the thing I know about adaptations is that there’s always going to be things that they change for one reason or another which is why I look at the book and movie version of things as mostly their own thing, knowing in advance that they’ll only be loosely connected but the point of my comment is that I liked the movie and it made me want to read the books

Music being #1 on this list brings a smile on my face, because the people who made this list actually did their research. Also, as an individual with autism, the whole movie, itself, is one giant insult to us all. So, thanks a lot Sia.

I never even knew that crappy movie existed. The fact that Sia deliberately directered Music as a way to make fun of people with autism rather than trying to raise awareness about it is beyond insulting to me.

I can understand Space Jam: A New Legacy wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea this year when compared to the original in1996, but I’m surprised that they didn’t go after the Tom& Jerry movie on this list!

To be honest, Space Jam: A New Leagcy is considered an enjoyable guilty pleasure. The 3-part Channel 5 television movie Anne Boleyn is an real worst movie of 2021, I'll agree with the other 9

When it comes to bad movie remakes I can see some people thoughts on Space Jam a new legacy, but weirdly enough i actually like it. However I can't say the same thing about Home Sweet Home Alone which is obviously the worst. Say what you want about Space Jam 2 being a huge commercial but Home Sweet Home Alone has no soul into it let alone all the other Home Movies that came before it(3 was alright tho,).

I feel bad that Ellie Kemper was in that Home Alone movie. Such a comedic talent that deserved better.

Unfortunately for me, my combat roll is not nearly as fast, and I had to watch that with my parents. They love crude humor and comedies, and after watching it, even they hated it a little. To me it was POW torture.

Thankfully, I haven’t seen any of these movies, except Space Jam: A New Legacy and I don’t think it deserves to be on this list. It’s definitely not perfect and has flaws but it’s meant to be a kids movie as well as have some tributes for the older audience who grew up with the original. Since I’m not either of those, I wasn’t annoyed with the film like others were. I just watched it hoping to get something decent and have a laugh and I got that. This is just my opinion.

So I guess Melissa McCarthy's husband thinks using his wife's fame is supposed to help his career as a filmmaker.

I like this guy he knows how to really let loose a good rant

Unfortunately I did sit through Thunder Force. I think all the blunders by Marvel and DC can now be forgiven after this mess came out. Also I just feel sorry for Melissa McCarthy, she has proven to be a good actress in the past... Just her husband seems to be her downfall.

Home Alone 2 is also a classic Mojo; the traps were actually better than the 1st. Watching him grab the electrified sink handles in the basement and scream, while briefly turning into a skeleton; there's nothing better.

Home Alone 3 is actually good movie. Just not on the level of original two.

I prefer the Space Jam WAAAAAY back in the 90's.

How about Demonic? Hard to imagine a more lifeless, bland horror this year than Demonic. Now I'm convinced that Neil Blomkamp's District 9 was so good because of the sure hand of producer Peter Jackson. That said...I'd rather see Blomkamp tackle the nearly-happened Alien film than Ridley Scott come back.

I dont like horror movies but got roped into watching my fair share of them this yr. Can I just say that this was a horrible yr for horror movies in general though. Almost all of the ones I saw (self made or professionally made) ended on a terrible note or were just downright boring in general. (Thus is why I don't like watching them.)

For what it's worth, I kinda liked Space Jam: A New Legacy. More so for the moral lesson that was being taught than Lebron's acting. The original is still the best, but this one is still a decent twist.

I actually love Space Jam: A New Legacy! It's one of my favorite Warner Bros movies of all-time! But that's just my opinion! If any of you guys don't like it, I'm cool with it!

2021 could be a difficult year in making movies but for shows like Santa, Inc. it hits me really hard from heart of losing comedy gold by Seth/Sarah. I hope 2022 will be a better year from reality even uncertain flicks that don't add up in entertainment. Great list, man. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR by yours truly.

My 10 year old stepson has the EXACT same reaction at the mere mention of the new home alone. Tone and alone 😂

Don’t even get me started on how awful that knock-off called Home Sweet Home Alone was. Nothing about it was watchable. It feels like an embarrassment that I turned away every time the burglars were even there. Harry and Marv were more tolerable than these amateurs.

I won’t call Space Jam A New Legacy atrocious. Though I can gladly say that now that it came out, we won’t make a big deal about it anymore, until 2026 when Space Jam’s 30th birthday comes around. My friends clearly wouldn’t be amused by that rap segment, but for my money it lacks some fidelity. But hey, Zendaya killed it as Lola.

I wouldn’t call it atrocious neither. It’s tolerable enough even though Warner Bros succeeded on such a concept with Lego Movie and Ready Player One that did the same with crossover cameos or supporting roles.

Space Jam: A New Legacy was fine but forgetable, and Chaos Walking is in my top 20 worst films of 2021-had a good first 10 minutes until Viola showed up. @@Vernal_Sky unfortunately, yes. As a Christian, it sickens me that they threw out whatever attempts they had in making a movie in the 3rd one and went the cashgrab route with the fourth one. Although, the 2nd one felt like a cashgrab first. Even if the 3rd one might had been made as a way to make a quick buck, at least it tried to be more nuanced and genuine. It still has its major problems, but it looked they cared about the quality of the writing. I guess because the third one flopped at the box office, they decided to run back to their safe zone and make them propaganda based. In comparison, I think the first one is the worst, the 2nd one second worse, the 4ty one 3rd worse, and the 3rd one good("B" good)

The only movie on this list I've seen is "Misfits". I was convinced about half way through that someone was making a movie in the "Leverage" TV show universe. It had some of the exact same framing and turns-of-phrase as the as the 2000's TV show, except perhaps the acting, and editing, and directing, was a bit flatter.

I put Thunder Force so far out of my memory that I thought the movie came out in 2020. 🤦😂

I honestly don’t care what people say. SpaceJam is my childhood and I love the sequel. That’s my opinion, and I’m keeping it in my pocket

I'm surprised that Army of the dead wasn't on this list. It didn't click well for me and the characters deserve a better ending

Absolutely! I'm surprised Dear Evan Hansen wasn’t on this list, KZread review videos about it are all of the movie you need to see. I’ve never seen the musical and will never watch the movie. Plus, I watched Chaos Walking, Space Jam: A New Legacy and am considering giving Home Sweet Home Alone the benefit of the doubt, even though the first two Home Alones will forever be awesome!

Michael Jordan version had no heart it was just fun and goofy. The new version was actually a family movie for the whole family and added a lot more feeling than the old one. IMO

Space jam was actually good and funny for the most part.

I disagree with the acting awards for Music, for they did the best with what they were given, and Maddi Ziegler actually expressed discomfort for the role but was basically told to do it anyway, it deserved its worst director win, but the fact it didn’t win worst picture is unfortunate, the acting was not the problem, the rest of the film was

The "movie" that won worst picture at the Razzies was Mike Lindell's 'Absolute Proof'. Which was basically him rambling about how Trump actually won the election without showing any proof despite the title.

Either way, the movie is a horrible depiction of autistic individuals. I couldn't even stomach that scene where Kate Hudson's character literally put Music in a chokehold to "calm" her down

@@abicat4229 don't forget how the chokehold has killed many autistic people and injured even more but was portrayed as a good way to de-escalate a meltdown. And Sia said she'd remove the scene and/or put a warning at the beginning of the film, but AFAIK neither happened.

Music is so infuriating it made me wanna cancel Sia. It's a shame that a singer I used to love turned out to be an ableist. I think it could be very hard for her to recover after this huge misstep.

My worst movie of the year was Tom and jerry they just almost killed a childhood favourite of mine space jam 2 was fun for me because I love the looney tunes and I like Lebrun so mixing them was fun. Good thing I have know seen one movie this list also people I saw the new resident evil and I liked it I would give it a 6.7 out of 10 but definitely not in my top 10 or 15 of the year.

I highly disagree. The new Tom and Jerry movie was great. I've seen the original Tom and Jerry show and I love that but the movie is also great and doesn't ruin anything. I legit loved that movie. it was perfect.

It was god awful. It wasn't entertaining, original, well thought out, funny, interesting, or even worth recommending to others imo. The original although cringy here and there had its moments. It had a good story, plot, characters, and some fulfillment that would make one wanna watch it again and again. Nostalgia or not it's still worth mentioning. That's just my thoughts on it though.

Kinda loved Chaos Walking...that film was trying to be original. Worked for me. Totally agree with the rest of the list.

I love that Tom & Jerry & Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City wasn't on this list! Both were films that were better than what many expected.

I actually liked Welcome to Raccoon City. It’s not perfect at all but the cast did a great job, the atmosphere is creepy and the recreation of the locations is very on point. If you’re looking for a guilty pleasure, this is for you

Videos like this are making me miss the dislike button, not that I want to press it lol. I just like see people's opinions at a quick glance and not diving into the comments how many people agree with the movies. I would say Space Jam 2 was a bad movie, but I know a lot of people love or a guilty pleasure.

The Woman In the Window had a goddamn A++ cast and completely wasted them. I think it's time for Amy Adams to find a new agent.

I agree with this list completely. But I think there are plenty of movies that would have deserved to be on this list too. Before corona I usually would have a huge list of amazing movies but now I would have a humongous list of bad or very disappointing movies.

The only films listed here I've seen are "Thunder Force" and "Chaos Walking" and yeah, they were a mess, both of them. I'll happily avoid the rest.

Apart from Amy Adams' performance, everything else was underwhelming.

Why isn't "Godzilla v.s. Kong" on this list? That film has such a stupid storyline, containing Hollow Earth, Kong having a Giant axe, MechaGodzilla, and the 2 teaming up! And all the Human characters are so boring and forgettable, you probably already forgot their names!

4:13 I am SO GLAD that I boycotted this movie. I do not regret doing so. The reason I boycotted the movie? They decided to take out Pepe Le Pew for no reason.

In 2021, you shouldnt be making a Home Alone movie without Macaulay Culkin as the dad. Cmon folks, that stuff writes itself. And the movie turns into a Die Hard at home.

I'm not surprised that I saw Space Jam on this list. I would rather watch the 1996 version.

I would say that "Old" definitely belongs on this list, one of the most infuriating movies i have ever seen. M Night needs to realize that having some of the greatest modern actors share the screen together won't cover up an awful story.

i agree with the list, but I am bias towards Octavia Spencer and I could say I like the movie just because she is in it, I remember watching "Dinner for shmucks" or something like it, I went through the whole fiasco just to see a few minutes of Octavia, and I like Melissa too.

I’m glad that Mortal Kombat 2021 didn’t made this list even though that movie has crappy writing it’s still entertaining to see and that movie for me is a guilty pleasure.

I have a cousin who's youngest brother loved space jam 2 so much that he had a birthday surrounding it, I feel so bad for him once he realizes his favorite movie was a box office bomb.

I feel bad for the narrator. Poor guy having to suffer through this. Also, honorable mention: Trollhunters Rise of the Titans

I still loved Space Jam A New Legacy. I really could not care less about what the critics say.
