I agree more or less :3 Dr Strange and Scarlet Witch - being two of the canonically most powerful characters in marvel comics got ironically shafted really hard here lol.

Where was this video on my first playthrough where i took Scarlet Witch all the way through!?!?! Haha kidding aside good list.

Star-Lord in the “worst” list? Wow, okay. To each his own. 🍻

First time I played this game my main team was Scarlet Witch Hawkeye Starlord and Dr Strange (4 of my favorite characters in the MCU) and struggled big time. Now I realize it just wasn’t because I was new at the game

I feel like I need to speak on Invisible Woman here, because your main criticism of her seems to be misinformed. Yes, the protective barrier ability, as described, isn’t very good because it’s only SUPPOSED to protect you against energy attacks. The thing is, the ability is bugged. What it actually does is it gives you and your teammates 75% damage reduction from EVERYTHING, not just energy attacks, making it easily the best defensive buff in the entire game. You can be taking only 1/4 damage at all times with her on your team. In terms of what she can do on her own, I feel like she’s about average or maybe a bit below average, but she’s easily the second best support in the game right under Phoenix imo.

Some good points here for sure. Most of my experience with this game is from speedrunning, where I currently hold every single player record. There's virtually no room for support characters there, especially since Invisible Woman is banned/unobtainable in every category except NG+ and a few similar categories added earlier this month. I'm not saying she's useless or even boring, but she lacks a lot of things that virtually everyone else in the cast has.

@@PseudoGameplayTV you literally placed Iceman within top 10 because of his defense buff (35%) but ranked Invisible Woman at the worst 10 even though her defense buff (which is bugged cause reduces all type of damage) is higher (75%), she can actually bind enemies (even bosses), and she has two "A" grade damage abilities...

Some notes: -Star-Lord can instantly stun (not just stagger) purple bar enemies with his ice tornado self synergy. He's a great character as long as he has EP. His basic attacks are terrible, though. -Rocket & Groot have really good DPS. By equipping Quantum Igniter to the Y button and unequpping the X button ability, you can do a Quantum Igniter + heavy attack combo. R&G recover EP quickly so it's a sustainable strategy. -Hawkeye is THE GOAT at self synergies. You didn't really use them in the footage. They alleviate some of your problems with him. His jump is high too, so he's good at running away and positioning.

I haven't played this game in a minute but I do remember using star lord to farm some rifts fast with synergy on some of his attacks. I guess someone has to be the bottom 10 and once you get out of the obvious picks like strange and wanda, it becomes a little more debetable. I just remember being a little disappointed with punisher and some other characters so maybe I would put them up before him.

ill never get the scarlet slander. She's actually my best character and I've beaten the game multiple times over with her as my main, no issues. It sounds like people don't know how to play her more than her being the worst.

​@@shawnboahene5231I feel like you can make a more fitting argument than that, I'm disappointed with how weak they made her, but one thing I can't say is "most" characters can do what she does. It sounds like you're just spewing generic bad stuff about her, rather than stuff that's actually and specifically about her. Wanda has a healing field, a slowing field, and an a seeking light, heavy, and landing attack in this game, sure they aren't great and I wish they were different but one thing is for sure, most characters cannot do what she does.

Giving scarlet witch 2/4 aoe placement ability where one you have to hold was really bad idea of them. Not only does it not slow them down much but the other doesn’t heal that well either

They should really upgrade scarlet witch like she could have potential if they do

Elsa Bloodstone, Hawkeye and Crystal were the core characters I kept trying .. ouch

Two of my favorites characters are on this list sadly 😞Scarlet and Widow, but we can't expect any update from theses devs.

I was so hopeful for scarlet Witch 😢

I managed to use Scarlet Witch all the way to the end but when i got to Cull Obsidian + Power Stone battle i realized just how weak her character was. Its no fun when she is the last character left standing and all she can do is fly away and long range attacks because everyone else cant be revived anymore lol

I've said this before on other videos here. Yes these characters are badish...but any character can be made beastly and usable once you start putting the right iso-8 on them. My Elsa Bloodmoon and Crystal are amazing for what I need from them because of this.

Lol I use starlord religiously, just maxed out my first team and he's not one of them but I do like his amped and tornado

I just began playing last week and my fave four are: Steve, Crystal, DareDevil and Wanda. I thought I was the only one struggling with controls for Wanda and Crystal then I saw this review.

I hope this game will be released for PS4 AND PS5.

Me doing the total opposite and giving all the upgrades to Scarlet Witch! 😆 I love Scarlet Witch even though her abilities needed to be nerfed. I just play the charcters I enjoy the most, mainly the xmen characters.

I have to disagree on the last two characters.. I actually like Hawkeye and love scarlet witch in this game ….. once I got use to her powers and how everything works she’s a beast on the battlefield. As long as you upgrade the right skills and give them the best IOS-8 they’re both great fighters

I dunno about invisible woman I think she is pretty decent...black widow is ok to nothing great by any stretch

I used Scarlet Witch until I unlocked Doctor Strange, and man, both of these characters are weak af, and that's just sad cuz I like them.

I just started playing this game but it seems like star lord is a glass cannon type character but I run him with 2 tanks and Wolverine and I been destroying idk tho just what I feel like

Interesting to see Starlord on here. I can see what you mean though considering how he has limited crowd control options and how frail he can kind of be. I find him to be amazing personally due to his self sufficient synergies and elemental shenanigans. Which does wonders for me when I play this game since it’s always with 3 other players locally, which can be kind of difficult to do synergies in a setting like that. It gives starlord a neat niche and rare instance of not being a target much, which allows for set up time.

Worst characters: 1. Scarlet Witch 2. Dr. Strange 3. Elsa Bloodstone 4. Punisher 5. Moon Knight Characters that are able to self synergize or have element traits in their abilities will always be superior to characters that can't do any of those.
