So fun fact: Me and my mates killed Voracidious easily and entirely by accident when we first found him. He pounced on top of my Gunzerker as I pressed the button to Gunzerk, he was then lodged on top of me unable to move and only damaging me with slam attacks... Which sent me and him airborn, over the ledge and into the pit.

The Pimpernel + World Burn Money Shot Bee Shield glitch with Salvador works perfectly against Hyperius, Vorac and the other raid bosses on OP10, what I personally do with farming Master Gee is by pulling him near the gate before starting the fight and just crushing him with it using longbow singularity grenades. He’s only worth it for the Ahab.

Mt first raid boss was Pyro Pete I was a lvl 40 Sniper Zero. It took me a short while but I ended up killing him after like 20 minutes. (And yes it was on Normal mode but regardless I was incredibly happy and now I'm going to see if I can B0re the every living crap out of Hyperius and then give up after that because I'm only a lvl 50 rn)

I only bored Hyperius to death several times to get crystals to buy Florentine and extra shot chance relic. It was super tough cause he killed me so many times. I did around 500 attempts if not more... That bore didn't work every time, I often ran out of longbow slag singularity grenades and I was dying over and over cause I'm a shitty player. Oh, I killed Master Gee just once cause I watched a video where you can hide behind a rock near the gate and wait him to die by the corrosion. It took a lot of time but it worked and I was so happy. I got Devastator. All other raid bosses will kill me very quickly if I make an attempt. I almost took out Pete a year ago after an intense battle but it didn't work. He had 1/4 health and I ran out of bullets. Terramorphous is always killing me with the fire tentacles no matter what I do I always die. Never tried Voracidous, Dexidous or the Dragons cause I know it's gonna be a waste of time. Anyways that was then. I don't play anymore. Good luck guys

I just finished my first play of hammerlock on tvhm. Jackenstein took me about 2 hours of dying to beat and all he dropped was ammo. Not a single weapon

I know this is a Borderlands 2 list, but I think that 5H4D0W-TP from the Pre-Sequel was still the most brutal. It’s like the developers handcrafted him in the deepest fires of borderlands hell.

Son of crawmerax was a waste of time imo. Literally took me and my co-op partner over an hour to beat him in uvhm. We took turns fighting him, one of us would hang just above the drop in and when the other would go into f4yl the other would drop down so he wouldn't respawn with full health. Lol. And he didn't drop shit.

Melee Krieg is actually decent at Hyperius because the melee damage goes through his defenses

For Terramorphous, I exploited the 'pride rock' tactic XD

An interesting fact i found is that while you transform into a badass psycho with krieg (release the beast) it lets you move without the effect of the singularity from terra's vortex affecting you while the invincibilty frames are in effect. This allowed me to kill him solo as krieg on lvl 52 eith relatively low lvl gear

12:28 Voracidous' worst enemy is definitely Krieg, because of Bloodsplosion that can wipe him out within two seconds. If you want to quickly take Voracidous off, just use Krieg with a Legendary Sickle, a Slag Betty Grenade and the Rapier. And also, 15:04 : HAHAHA FINALLY YOU SAY IT AGAIN :DDD

Tediore Axton got the best time, but sometimes Voracidous leaps to the right and avoids all the Avengers. So it's kinda luck based. With Krieg, if you kill the midgets properly, you completely waste Voracidous.

Noah S Well, when you're finished with the game and just want to perfect your save you would want to do in a very quick and reliable manner, hence the use of these two weapons. Farming either way is time consuming and boring, so why wouldn't you do it when iyou can do it the most efficient manner. As previously said, if I'm not farming then I don't use it.

Noah S Killing things is rewarding, no matter how it is done, but then again using a pimperhab drains it to an extent. Hey, it is your opinion, not going to become a feminazi and say it is wrong in every single way.

I know this video is old but for anyone who is struggling with Voracidous, just use Axton. There's an exploit that I use to farm him solo which makes the fight a cakewalk if you're geared correctly. Basically, all you need is the Gemini perk and to avoid using the Nuke perk for the turrets. When you step into his arena, get your turrets down as close as absolutely possible to Vora, the Longbow perk helps with this. If you have the Nuke perk this will set him off, so don't use it. When the fight starts, his AI can mess up a little. I'm not sure if this is because of the Phalanx shields but either way you'll have the duration of your turrets to unload on him. He won't move and he won't attack. Using this with other players may be useful if they're running squishier builds. Hope this helps

If you are fighting Terramorphous with Axton you can throw your turret in front of you when Terra uses black hole and you will get stuck on your turret and survive the black hole, I kinda learnt this by chance and ever since iv been doing the same thing every time.

I walk through the dragon raid bosses with Gaige with not much of a problem. Her anarchy build with the proper gear makes her OP AF.

Honestly, Gee should be first. But I'll take 2nd place with a "Fuck Master Gee" quote.

Old and good memories. Seeing the side-quest bosses is much harder than actual/storyline bosses, reminds me of Borderlands where the only boss that is an actual threat was Crawmerax, and that guy is only a side-quest boss. I fail to kill that thing till today since 2013...

Someone told me that Gaige can't solo Hyperius. Wrong, you just need a bee shield near your level, a pimpernel, and a fibber. Kill all the minions by shooting them in the crotch with the pimpernel, spawn DT to distract Hyperius, and then just go to town with the fibber. I've done this in TVHM with about 20 anarchy stacks.

Bosses in boderlands we're why I never beat the games as a kid until this year I beat boderlands 2 and boderlands 3 launch week

We once were attacked by 3 badass varkids, we killed 2 of them, then we got distracted by some crystaloucs and the third one got super badass, then quickly ultimate badass and finally invincible... We ran away as quickly as we could, that thing was huge^^

I think blood wing should be on this list of our top annoying enemies because he will fly out of range when you want to kill him then he will dive bombed you and use his claw attack

I must’ve accidently made one of those builds on my Maya cause Saturn was a pushover on my first play through. I didn’t even realize I wasn’t killing a normal loader till I took a second look at the name

For me the hardest boss in the game was the handsome sorcerer, idk why but it was extremely difficult, I even used the shield that ignores fire damage because I wanted to fully focus on the boss and the dragon was so annoying, it took me more than 10 tries

Face McShooty is the hardest Shoot any part apart from his head and he wont take damage. If he equips pyro pete's helmet, he'd be the best and hardest boss in the game Edit: i have realized this comments was made 2 years ago

krieg's buzz axe rampage pierces hyperius's shields, so if you run release the beast it's pretty easy to solo

haha for me when It came to fighting Terramorphous I did it a few times on my own and had trouble, so what I did was I took a friend of mine and they said they'd be willing to be test subjects in the game as I had an idea, after leveling them up a bit through the other monsters and whatnot. We went to Terramorphous and told them "alright see that drop off?" they were like "yeah, why?" I was like "because I need you to go down there while I stay up here and see if my idea/plan would work XD?" It did and it made it easier to fight him at a higher altitude and be able to go to the Amo Machine and buy more lol. That was fun lol

But... If the interfacer drops from voracidous, how can defeat him?

Saturn is a dawdle; you just have to hide behind the big black spikey rock outcropping near the elevator, pop out side to side and he'll just loiter on the other side... I've farmed him hundreds of times for a Hive or two.

I used one of the bridge supports my first playthrough to block all of his attacks and popping out briefly to do some damage.

Great vid. I’m still playing BL2 as I’m solo, not very good and still scraping by. These vids have been very helpful as I never find anyone playing it anymore. Am I sad?! Lol

Lol I got the slow hand my first fight against badassasaurus so I didn't have to fight him again

Fun Fact: At the very back of the stage where you jump into the arena, you can go inside of a wall (on the little semi-circle part). From there you can occasionally pop out and in to deal damage and to hide and take 0 damage while being able to have full visibility of the arena.

Just had a fight with Dexiduous the Invincible. It took us about an hour of shooting and dying (two Sirens), but finally we killed this spider. The loot was pathetic. But I am happy to scratch out of the list this boss. There should be an achievement for that.

I got a last stand clutch on Terra with the unkempt herald

Idk if its been said but you can bore shot through saturns leg and shoulder mounted turrets as zero, and the conference call can deal massive damage

Jackenstein was so easy for me, I used zero then kill him using the Lyuda

Me and my sis tried to fight the Dragons for the first time just recently on Normal mode, Maya and Axton. We got destroyed fairly quickly for not knowing what we were doing. Seriously, if you don't have a moxxi weapon for constant heals, how tf is someone supposed to survive these sort of fights??

The thing that really got me was Saturns Suicide surveyor attack. I was playing as sniper Zer0 and the surveyors cant be affected by B0re. Because they apparently count as Projectiles, not enemies

Fuck Master Gee. I tried killing him on Normal with lvl 60-70 gear and it took FOREVER to kill him

Well... What you can do against Master Gee is either the gate glitch(for all of you who don´t know it: Using sticky longbow singularily grenades you can pull up Master Gee to the entrance to the area. Once he is right infront of the gate you hit him and then quickly throw a grenade outside the door before the gate closes. Gee will be sucked against the gate and die immediately.) or hiding in the entrance area. The thing is that Gee never goes to this area himself and it will not be filled with acid unlike the rest of the arena. Plus, there are a few big rocks to find cover behind. So if you hide there, dodge Gees missiles and snipe out the sandworms from a distance the arena will eventually fill completely with acid and deplete Gees shield. Gee himself without his shield is fairly easy to kill. This method will require a lot of time but if you either can´t find a grenade to do the gate glitch or you want to score a somewhat more legit victory then that´s the way to go...

Badassasarus was pretty easy for me. Sure I had no sheilds and no ammo/grenades (ran out during fight) for the entire fight, but I was playing as Axton, so like... All I really did was run around and dodge his attacks, which was not easy I also did the same tactics with Saturn

Ametama nah. Borderlands was inspired by pikmin. The entire series

im not sure that hyperius goes before terramorphus. I have a level 50 mechromancer and I CANNOT kill terramorphus, even on normal mode lol. However, I found hyperius really easy. I got the corrosive good touch from moxxi and slowly picked off the minions one at a time. Afterwards, I found it easy to kill hyperius himself by summoning deathtrap as a distraction while slowly killing him from a distance. When deathtrap went away, I simply ran around until he charged up again. I found it EXTREMELY easy to avoid hyperius's attacks. I did kill him eventually. It only took about 3 / 4 deathtrap durations. Hyperius was my first invincible boss that I killed. I dunno, maybe terra is easier for those pro borderlands players. (unlike me 😂)

Terramorphus is certainly easier because he's such a massive target so an unkempt harold would do a number on him and his tentacles allow second winds. Only thing that gets me is him flinging me out the map

I found Terramorphus quite a challenge but doable as sniper zero solo.

Thanks for telling me dexiduous. I always fight drifters in my hover craft cause fighting them on foot up close is creepy as hell. I don't need a drifter that's both creepy and frustrating to kill.

Terramorphous is easy with Salvador even on the Black Hole, You just need the heal skill and extensive length on gunzerk. That way it doesn't damage you. Also timing is essential. The phases are the same and im sure it goes after the fire tentacles. Basically you just gunzerk and spam him (Also try hold back as it resists it a bit more)

I know this is old but ive been playing through again with the bl3 announcement. saturn is actually really easy to farm. If you run back toward town there are some junk piles that you can shoot through but almost all of his attacks are too large to make it past the piles without impacting some random rubble to hit you and you can just killhim from there.

When Reeves tackled Swayze in the 1991 film "Point Break" brought me here.

I'm gonna be honest, Voracidous while being one probably the most difficult "normal" raid boss for almost all the characters is not nearly as difficult for the Psycho due to his Bloodsplosion capabilities, as it isn't super hard surviving till all the midgets are there and then one two boom goes the stalker.
