Yes. I agree with Number 1. That Routine was out of this World. Spectacular. As well as their Showdance. And Ashley & Pasha Were my favourite couple in 2018.

So glad Giovanni won this year so well deserved, he had an outstanding partner in Rose.

Where’s Danny Mac & Oti’s samba? Surely that’s an unforgettable dance seen as it was the first samba on the show to score a perfect 40!

Something I think we cannot deny is how much of an amazing dancer and teacher Giovanni is

Surprised I haven't seen anyone mention Jill and Darren's Jive yet. It was so memorable that they brought her back again years later just to do that dance again. Other than that I would also add Jake and Janette's Salsa, Danny and Oti (jeez I can't just pick one) and Jay and Aliona's Jive.

Tbh, I forgot about Ashley's contemporary. Don't get me wrong it was brilliant but the only dances I remember clearly from 2018 were Faye's jazz & charleston routines. I've re-watched them countless times

Looking at these performances with a layperson's eye, the competitors look so professional! Of course, some of them have had previous dance experience but those who haven't and yet manage to reach such heights are really impressive as it's certainly not as easy as it sometimes appears and involves a vast amount of work!

I really wanted Will Bayley’s contemporary routine. It was absolutely beautiful

Mark Ramprokash's Argentine tango was out of this world, really happy when he won

Great performances.

Everyone made such a big deal about how Kevin had been in loads of finals and never won (until last year) but Giovanni basically had the same luck but everyone forgets. He's nearly been in the final every year(except once I believe with Laura Whitmore) he's been on the show and never won. Personally I think him and Faye were robbed last year.

It's all about "the journey" and if you look at it like that, Faye and Giovanni had no real journey because she was great from start to finish. 3 years ago, dame story for Danny and Oti. 2017 same for Alexandra and Gorka OR Debbie and Giovanni... You know they were never gonna win because they were too good from the start...

The difference for me between Kevin and Gio is, that Gio always got pretty good dancers but they just never made it. Kevin's partners on the other hand have been very hit or miss. He had couple of very great dancers, but he also had some pretty bad ones (Susan, Anneka). But despite their dances always been kinda low rated from the judges, he even managed to get to Blackpool with Susan. Also Stacey had a lot of potential which she didn't show at first but Kevin helped her unveil all of it. Giovanni on the other hand has yet to prove how he would do with a partner that doesn't dance nearly as good as all of his previous ones. He never really had a "stick" so far... Or someone who has loads of potential but struggles at first.

How was Abbey Clancy not on this list?! She’s honestly by far one of the best celebs they’ve had perform on the show

This is what I call strictly dancing strictly come dancing is it beautiful absolutely fantastic for what you showed me I love it I can’t be on strictly now bring this up for Christmas let’s say it all again were saying I was a tent down and watch it open in law come back and get some more good dancer but it too but not that many this year it’s hard it’s going to win this year but I’m open Rosa with it she’s my favourite at the moment thank you very good love it every minute of it this is what I call strictly come dancing beautiful fabulous

Giovanni is undoubtedly a fantastic and flashy choreographer but I'm appalled that he took half the list when there are so many more that needed to make that list. Mark and Karen's Argentine tango, Jill Halfpenny's jive, Caroline Flack's Charleston, CHRIS AND OLA'S CHARLESTON, Kevin and Stacey's Doctor Who piece....... and there are so many more I'm drawing a blank. I'd say Giovanni's Jazz dance was the only one worthy of being on this list. The rest I forgot about tbh. Oh and maybe his Halloween piece this year with Michelle.

Where is Danny and Oti’s show dance from 2016 to set fire to the rain? That was sensational and in my opinion the best and most underrated dance in Strictly history.

Davood and Nadiyas American Smooth. That's one routine I certainly will never forget!! Danny and Otis Samba. Really the ONLY Samba ever I totally enjoyed. Also, while I don't really like the dance, the Argentine Tango from Joe and Katya has been pretty awesome too. Apart from that, I think you should defineteley split the list up between Couple's Choice/Showdance and the other dances as I think you can't really compare any of those to the traditional Ballroom/Latin dances.

How about Ore Oduba's singing in the rain piece (forgot what the style was!) so much better than half of these!

Alexandra Burke and Gorka Marquez's Charleston during musicals week? That was a pretty unforgettable routine. As was Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell's Charleston last year, especially after Joe tried to dye his hair the same shade of red as Dianne's hair

What about Joe and Dianne's showdance - absolutely epic. Also Ashley and Pasha did a phenomenal and technically so so complicated show dance routine at the finals which was also amazing. Much much better then these chunky salsas. All in all I find it that overall the strictly salsa-s aren't quite the salsa they could/should be, but that's a whole other story.

Dobry Dobrev I agree about Ashley’s showdance, it was amazing with the fabric and the turntable 💕 I like a few salsas like Natalie Gumede, Alexandra Burke and Ashley’s though 😊. Joe’s showdance was awesome as well, he really stepped up his game after an underwhelming semifinal.

What year was moulin rouge with Simon and Christina? Then blind Camilla and Tom!!!! 💤😴 2002? 🤔 thanks Neil and Sandra! Taught me everything I know about conflict training and dealing with complaints to hoteliers and locksmiths!!!! Didn’t Otis do that dance from moulin rouge with the police man Graeme when getting advice about alarms and locksmiths? 🤔 Just loved Kara Helens rhumba! Reminds me of a trip to Naples!

Love Gio and he’s created some outstanding numbers but I probably would’ve liked to have seen other showstoppers like Jay’s Jive included. Happy Mark and Karen have a place in the list. Their Salsa is amazing, as is their Argentine Tango.
