Same, I had New Super Mario Bros. and that game had mini games from SM64DS and played it alot. There's a reason it returned for New Super Mario Bros.

Personally. I loved the wanted minigame. I would play hours on end during road trips finding the odd one out. Something i really enjoyed. Oh and the card minigame was awesome too. With the dire dire docks song in the background.

What a great list! I love Bob-omb Squad and Sort or 'Splode. I also have always wondered why Boom Box and Tox Box Shuffle say "Mario Mini" in the background. Thanks a lot for making this list. Even though many of these minigames also appear in New Super Mario Bros., I suggest you make a video about the multiplayer minigames in that game.

The New Super Mario Bros DS minigames were actually multiplayer. They were a blast for my cousins and I to play back in the day together.

1:00 No, you don't actually have to keep track of two Yoshis at once. It's pointless to add a second Yoshi because it just means you have to keep track of the box without one. The difficulty remains exactly the same. 10:50 Yes, they're called croupiers. The name doesn't only apply to card dealers but all employees working at gambling tables, e.g. roulette, poker and black jack.

I literally flipped out when you showed your favorite minigame. I LOVED that one. And I was so good at it too. The versus version of that one is amazing as well.

Another great top 10! The Super Mario 64 DS mini games as much as the New Super Mario Bros minigames are very fun!

Great list, Nate! I'm honestly kind of surprised that "Wanted" wasn't even on this list, because that's my favourite mini game! It's so addicting! My record on that game currently sits at about 300 stars, while at 10 years old, I actually managed to set a record of 500 stars on my cousin's DS! Still, my other favorite mini games include the 5-Card-Betting game and Connect the Characters. 😊

I love the mini games! I used to play them all the time when I was little, and I still do whenever I'm playing through New Super Mario Bros. or Super Mario 64 DS. I would defiantly put Wanted high on the list. I know it's a really simplistic game, but it's just so addicting. Anyway, great list!

My favorite is Wanted! My friends and I used Download Play and we loved this gamemode. We also loved the Battle mode because we ran around Peach's Castle looking for stars.

Mushroom Roulette was one of my favorites. Not only is there luck, but there's some strategy involved as well, in terms of where to place your limited bets. Making the right calls will net you a ton of coins.

OMG THE NOSTALGIA!!!!! this was my first ds game and I fondly remember playing these for HOURS!!!!

My favourite SM64DS mini game is trampoline terror! Because it had a challenge to it but also had charm to it! I used to play these Mini Games at my babysitter's house because her daughters had a DS! And it was really fun. Have a great day!

I actually grew up with SM64 DS instead of the original so this is a fantastic top 10. Wanted! was my favorite game but Pair-a-Gone And On was number was my other favorite since my mom would always want to play it too and we would compete for the top score. I loved growing up with these minigames!

I haven't played these minigames since I wad a kid, but I would say my favourites were Wanted, Sort or 'Splode, and Psyche Out. You and others in the comments have already expressed why the first two are so great, but Psyche Out is kind of the oddball of my picks. It always made me feel like a real psychic when I was a little kid, as stupid as the minigame may actually be.
