Hate to say this but Ohma is below Saber and Geats. Base on feats, Ohma would be at least: Low 1-C. For those who don't know what that stands for, it means low Complex Multiverse level. For more detail or definition: "Characters or objects that can universally affect, create and/or destroy spaces whose size corresponds to one to two higher levels of infinity greater than a standard universal model (Low 2-C structures, in plain English.) In terms of "dimensional" scale, this can be equated to 5 and 6-dimensional real coordinate spaces (R ^ 5 to R ^ 6)" Now base on Sabers feats alone, he would be at least: 1-A: Transcendent. Geats would be 1-B: Hyperverse level. IF anyone wants the feat I'm talking about do tell me in comment below or if you want to know why. too much to say in one comment.

I'm fine with that but I'll be clear, it won't be much because I'm typing or the detail won't be clear bc you're reading it. Now since you want feats and didn't name which one of the riders, I'll point out the major feats the three riders do that place them each on their highest rank. Ohma Zi-O: Now I know Ohma has many amazing feats, such as when Sougo becomes Ohma and easily one shotting some of the final bosses which is; Kamen Rider Evol (Phase 1 Cobra), N-Daguva-Zeba, Gamedeus, Sagittarius Zodiarts, and yadiyadiya, we know... but Ohma's strongest and most OP feat is "Reality Warping or to be more specific, Timeline Reforming". This is when he desires to change the entire fate of his world and rewrite it to his liking. Which is at the end of the episode if you watch the TV Series after he fought Another Decade. The power to destroy space and time is also what Swartz wanted and desired from Sougo. (This was explained by the by the Future Ohma during the ending scene) . An amazing feat that not even Gaim could do even though Gaim is somehow counted as a god. Saber: Saber's feats are insane, basically his most highlight one is that he's capable of even affecting literal God himself (Which is us humans who are currently watching the TV series. AKA the writer and producer of The Kamen Rider Show.) Even Ohma himself was subjected by this Kid who is a God. Now Saber himself, combatted and defeated a foe who was capable of overpowering this God that was subjecting Ohma Zi-o. This feats and scale alone place him way above Ohma Zi-O. There are more but like I said, this is typing, and I don't like typing everything here. It's too much. Geats: If you watch Geats then I don't think I need to explain much, bc he literally becomes a REAL GOD unlike Gaim, and with just the desire or a snap of his finger could do the same feats Ohma does that Ohma need to sacrifice himself to do, Time Reforming. Ironically enough, Geats is not subjected to the same Law that applied to Ohma, Geat's history and existence cannot be changed now that he's a God. Unlike Ohma who is still susceptible to time changing and time reforming, ironically. This feats place him above Ohma as well.
