This is me with the Room where it Happens and Satisfied.

"Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story" always seems to get forgotten. As much as all Hamilton songs are amazing, and yes My Shot deserves to be on this list, but WLWDWTYS is by far the best song in the musical. It wraps up the whole story, legacy, historical importance, his relationship with Eliza, and everyone he impacted and continues to. Its gut wrenching every time and so powerful. She tells his and everyone elses stories. That impact matters. This song is the crowning achievement of the musical and LMMs best imo.

I know right??? Personally, I think the final songs is one of the strongest ones both in lyrics and music. Some harmonies there are brilliant. I don't know how to explain it, but for example the combination of the words and the melody at the line "I ask myself what you would do if you had more time" gives me chills every time. Same thing with "And when my time is up, have I done enough?". This song makes me cry every freaking time! (but actually I consider almost every song in this musical masterpieces, I have no idea how could one man write so many amazing songs and twist them all together in such a brilliant show)

Yes!!! That has got to by my favorite song in the whole musical. I get the wit of my shot but that’s basically all there is to the song, there’s so much more in Hamilton much less all Miranda’s work. My Shot is just far too repetitive and he’s written much better songs.

Out of all the Hamilton songs, I think in terms of greatness, "Non-Stop" has to be the best song of the whole show. Why? Because it literally combines every song from the first act into one Act 1 finale song. It's brilliant and an incredible musical feat.

Satisfied is at once groundbreaking and perfection. It moves the story forward and delivers exposition. The rewind segment is amazingly choreographed and the song includes gorgeous vocals, rap and a catchy tune. I just can’t believe it didn’t make this list, not even an honorable mention?! I believe even Lin has said it’s his best song he’s ever written.

a song i would say is really underated is We Know the Way from Moana. Its such a wonderful song which makes me so happy as most native languages aren’t shown in modern media but in the first verse its pumped out in Samoan and Tokelauan. FreyToons I think it was at least 20 times before I could get through Who Lives, Who Dies without crying. The World Was Wide Enough had that effect also. I found myself tearing up or outright crying on some of the not sappy songs at times as well just because LMM tells such a powerful story. Genius doesn't begin to describe his ability. I listen/ sing to Hamilton near daily, often multiple times, and I'm truly in awe each and every time.

It’s masterfully done.

Beekids Art well, people are gonna like what they like. All of Lin’s musicals are spectacular, but not everything he makes is gonna have the same impact on the world. Hamilton happened to have a storyline and characters who people liked more than in his other musicals. Of course we should bring attention to all his musicals, though
