When I experienced hairfall, I did all these to effectively reduce it: Include hot oil scalp massages into your routine. Avoid hot water when washing your hair. Protect your hair from too much sweat. Use a wide tooth neem comb to detangle wet hair. Reduce your sugar and unhealthy food consumption. Use mild anti hair fall shampoo and hair oil like littleeextra coccconion. Maintain a positive mindset for overall well-being.

Mix equal parts of powdered amla, reetha and shikakai. Mix 3 tablespoons of the powder with a cup of hot water and let it soak for at least 30 minutes. Strain through cloth, use it like any shampoo. Keep your eyes tightly closed because it stings. Wash off and use a hair conditioner.

You can try Little extra coco onion shampoo by little extra...it is really mild...specially after I come from Exercise...remove all the dirt and sweat
